We are currently seeking a Director of Counselling to join our team to lead a team of College Counsellors. This position plays a key role in guiding students through their college application process, supporting their academic planning, and promoting their overall well-being.

Position: Director of Counselling (College Counsellor)
Curriculum: Advanced Placement
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in college counselling or related student support roles.
- Strong knowledge of college admissions processes, especially for universities worldwide.
- Familiarity with the Advanced Placement curriculum and its implications for university applications.
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, faculty, and external institutions.
- Ability to provide personalized guidance tailored to individual student needs.
- Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competence in using digital tools relevant to counselling services.
