  <p></p><p><strong>Do you have experience working with Children, Young people and their families with mental health difficulties?</strong></p> <p><strong>Are you looking to enhance your skills and work within a supportive and experienced team?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Clinical or counselling Psychologist to join the Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) Mental Health Support Team (MHST) on a part-time basis.</p> <p>You would be joining an MHST team of dedicated staff working in schools across BANES, offering Low Intensity CBT for mild/moderate anxiety and low mood, as well as a whole school approach.</p> <p>You would be offering 1:1 therapy for CYP with moderate MH needs that exceed/do not fit with Low Intensity as well as providing Clinical Skills and Case Management supervision and support to colleagues trained in Low intensity CBT.</p> <p>If you do not currently possess a post graduate certificate in Supervision, you will be enrolled on the one year part time post graduate supervisors course in order to meet the requirements of this role.</p> <p>You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the many exciting service developments currently underway. We have close links with the University of Bath and University of Oxford Doctorate courses.</p>

  <p></p><p>You will be joining either the BANES Mental Health Support Team, a constantly evolving service which is committed to adapting to meet diverse and challenging demands and to maintaining high quality specialist assessment and intervention whilst being mindful of throughput, innovation and efficiencies. The work can be fast paced with a need to be flexible but also highly rewarding. You will support the model of high volume low intensity as well as offer more intense support to those CYP with more complex needs.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and resourceful individual who is committed to supporting developing services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and a keenness to be part of a busy and vibrant service.</p> <ul>  <li>Work closely with the Clinical Psychology Lead, Senior Wellbeing Practitioners, Supervisors, Education Mental Health Practitioners and Child Wellbeing Practitioners to assess, formulate, plan and deliver evidence based treatment for a wide variety of mental health presentations with varying complexity.</li>  <li>Deliver supervision to the teams Senior Wellbeing Practitioners and Supervisors (Training will be provided if you do not hold a current qualification)</li>  <li>Support the team with service delivery initiatives and projects where appropriate.</li> </ul>

<p>For the first six months, you will be primarily based at Southend Hospital, providing continuity as you settle into the role.   <p></p><p>We're seeking a dedicated Family Therapist to work in our high-intensity environment, providing exceptional care to young people aged between 13 and 18 experiencing acute mental health difficulties.</p> <p>This brand new, high-specification unit has been designed in close collaboration with young people, families and clinicians to provide a safe and therapeutic environment to those that need our support. Our aim is to provide outstanding care, promoting recovery and wellbeing in a modern, purpose-built setting to make a difference and have a positive change on the lives of young people.</p> <p>As the Systemic Family Psychotherapist, you will use highly developed communication skills in working with families to facilitate understanding of their personal and often very sensitive difficulties within a systemic formulation framework. You will work as a dedicated member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide systemic assessments and interventions for CYP/adultsandtheirfamiliesacross the Tier 4 service. You will provide systemic psychotherapeutic programmes ofinterventionforfamiliesexperiencinghighlevelsof distress and acute care needs. </p> <p>The Systemic Family Psychotherapist is a full-time weekday post, we welcome part time applicants of a minimum of 30 hours per week.
