  <p>NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire (NHSTTH) is an exciting, transformative and expanding psychological therapies service. We are looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate High Intensity Psychological Therapists. The postholders will join our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) team providing in-person CBT to patients aged 16+ who present with a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p><p>At NHSTTH, service users are at the heart of what we do. We are a passionate and supportive team, dedicated to improving mental health in our local communities.   <p>Accept referrals via agreed protocols within the service</p><p>Assess patient suitability for psychological interventions via the phone, video and in-person</p><p>Offer High Intensity treatment in individual and group format</p><p>Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire referral protocols, and refer unsuitable patients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary and set out in the SOP.</p><p>Conduct risk assessments, prepare risk management plans and initiate appropriate action where indicated (including referrals to relevant secondary care services and child and adult safeguarding services)</p><p>Ensure that people under your care are cared for appropriately under the stepped care framework as currently in use within the service.</p>

This is a great opportunity to join our team in Children &amp; Families Service line to support in the delivery of high quality children's mental health services.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a keen interest in working collaboratively with children and families and with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children and families in Southampton. <p>We have a bespoke structured group work programme which the Group Facilitator will be responsible for delivering, as well as additional groups based on the needs of the clients - this can include SMART groups, auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation and substance specific groups.</p>

  <p>We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and innovative Band 6 mental Health Practitioner to join our CMHT. Winchester CMHT is a dynamic, nurturing, and supportive team with excellent peer support and regular supervision. You will manage a reasonable-sized caseload of service users, covering shared care and carrying out assessments.
