  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced clinician who has experience and expertise working with complex cases within the area of adult mental health, to join an established, skilled Psychological Services team. Applications are invited for a Band 8a Principal Psychologist working 4 days a week (0.8 w.t.e). We will also consider applicants who are looking for a Band 7 post, with potential for preceptorship to Band 8a.We are dedicated to delivering high quality, evidence-based interventions. The range of psychologically focused therapies we deliver include DBT, CBT, ACT, MBCT, CAT, CFT and EMDR. You will join a psychologically minded multidisciplinary team.   <p>To work as an autonomous, independent practitioner responsible for own work and intervention and for the interpretation of agreed guidelines and policies in providing a highly specialist Psychology service. To undertake complex assessments and consultancy, providing expert advice to Psychological Services colleagues and the wider clinical multi-professional team. To provide specialist treatment for complex cases and plan and prioritise own clinical workload; To comment and propose change to policy or service development within the area psychological service.To provide specialist supervision for trainee psychologists and to provide psychological guidance and supervision for multidisciplinary clinical colleagues.</p><p>To provide highly specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to the team based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources including psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the clients care.</p><p>To formulate and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a clients mental health problems, based upon an appropriate conceptual framework of the clients problems, and employing methods based upon evidence of efficacy.   <p>We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Associate in Psychology to join our team. This post would be suitable for someone wishing to develop their skills in working with people with eating disorders and we welcome applications from those who trained in an Adult Mental Health setting. This post will be located at April House in Southampton and will also involve some remote working.</p><p>We are a supportive multi-disciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, psychiatrists, dietitians, psychological therapists, clinical associate in psychology, occupational therapists and support workers. We are committed to delivering high quality recovery focused care and offer a range of evidence-based interventions, including CBT-ED, DBT-BED, SSCM, MANTRA and psychodynamic psychotherapy. We are part of the FREED early intervention network and also work closely with families and carers.</p><p>This role offers exciting opportunities for direct clinical work, service development and multi-disciplinary team working. You will provide evidence-based psychological therapies to people experiencing a range of eating disorders, many of whom present with comorbid mental health difficulties. The role will involve delivering individual and group interventions, as well as some joint work with our day service staff.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We will provide you with the necessary training and supervision to deliver some of the core evidence-based interventions for eating disorders, including CBT-ED, group DBT for Binge Eating Disorder (DBT-BED) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). Excellent training opportunities are also offered by the Trust, and there will be an opportunity to apply for the HEE funded 8-day Whole Team Training course.</p><p>Informal enquiries and visits are encouraged. <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.</p>
<p>We are currently recruiting an experienced group work facilitator, working alongside a teams of experienced Recovery Workers across our Fareham, Gosport and Havant sites.</p>
<p>The role may involve occasionally covering for other group facilitators in Hampshire, as well as supporting the hub Recovery Workers based on service need.</p>
<p>We have a bespoke structured group work programme which the Group Facilitator will be responsible for delivering, as well as additional groups based on the needs of the clients - this can include SMART groups, auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation and substance specific groups.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Full-time permanent Group Facilitator Recovery Worker (working 37.5 hours per week) across the South of Hampshire (Fareham, Gosport, Havant).</p> <p>Group facilitation in Inclusion Fareham, Gosport and Havant Hubs.Referral and implementation of groups (structured and unstructured)Training of volunteers and other staff in group facilitation.Covering other sites for group facilitation</p> <p>Where required, supporting the team with duty or caseload managementActive Risk assessing and risk management.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be provided with relevant training to support the facilitation of groups, and will be a key part of our quality assurance processes around groups; participating in groupwork audits, providing peer to peer feedback to other facilitators and co-facilitating groups with others.</p>
