  <p>We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Specialist Practitioner to join our team. NWIS is a fantastic place to work, providing opportunities to develop both clinical and leadership skills--skills that may be harder to gain in other roles due to the fast-paced and high-acuity nature of our service.</p> <p><strong>NOTE:</strong> This post is open to newly qualified social workers. In line with AWP Trust policy, all newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) will be recruited initially at Band 5 level, regardless of the advertised role banding. All NQSWs are expected to successfully complete their ASYE within two years of employment, unless there are exceptional circumstances--in which case it may be extended for a further two years.</p> <p>If you have been appointed to an advertised Band 6 role, this will be an automatic progression following confirmation of your successful ASYE completion.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Band 6 clinician will work shifts including evenings and weekends, but we are pleased to confirm that night shifts are no longer required. Our service now operates between 07:30 and 22:00, and we support flexible working arrangements, including the ability to request specific shifts.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>To provide a high quality specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service to clients with complex mental health problems including severe, enduring and multiple disorders, and challenging behaviour. </li>
<li>To offer advice, consultancy and supervision, and support the work of other CAMHS staff providing psychological treatment. </li>
<li>To participate on the local CAMHS duty rota and undertake emergency assessments when and where required (i.e. community, hospital site, children's homes)</li>
<li>To provide training to a range of qualified and unqualified staff across mental health areas, as agreed.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will be part of an experienced and reflective multi-disciplinary team offering generic and specialist assessments and treatment as well as providing complex case consultations. As well as individual child psychotherapy, we also offer parent child relationship focused interventions, parent infant psychotherapy and STPP.</p>
<p>We operate an out of hours service, but for this role you would be expected to work in office hours 9-5. Most of your appointments are likely to be offered at our base in Marlborough, but there will be some travelling for community and school visits, we also offer appointments and consultations on line via Teams. <strong>Applicants must have a full valid driving license and have access to a car for work, if necessary adjustments can be made in line with the equality act (2010)</strong></p>

  <p>HCRG Care Group Wiltshire Children and Young Peoples emotional wellbeing service are currently seeking a passionate and experienced children and young person's counsellor to work in the team. You will provide support to children and young people who may be experiencing a range of issues, such as but not limited to anxiety, gender dysphoria, depression, family problems and self- harm. Support will be provided in person and/or remotely depending on the clients needs.</p><p>This role is part of the wider wellbeing team who offer early support such as group work and positive activities with the aim of preventing escalation to more specialist CAMHS services.</p><p>You will have an active caseload of children and young people within the getting help sphere of support and will use evidence-based therapeutic models. Low intensity, early interventions will be delivered in a range of settings and will include parental and family support.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
