Emergency Care Practitioner - Lead Clinician & Mentor

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks an Emergency Nurse/Care Practitioner for Kidderminster MIU. You will deliver safe, evidence based care from initial presentation through discharge or referral, using advanced clinical decision making and PGD prescribing where appropriate.

You will supervise junior staff, promote safeguarding and health education, and contribute to audits and service improvement while supporting 15 minute triage and 4 hour breach targets within the MIU team.
