The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. 
Our team is supported by student practitioners completing their final year of their practitioner studies.
Please note:
Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. It is important to check with your training provider, the cap on the number of under 18 years of age clients permitted for your course.

Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Volunteer Counsellor to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Counselling is delivered by experienced qualified contracted counsellors, and our team is supported by qualified volunteer counsellors who wish to give back to the community, require a stepping stone to a paid counselling role or are independently working toward increasing their client contact hours or are working toward their accreditation.
To meet the standard criteria you will:
<ul>
<li>Ba a graduate or at post graduate level in counselling or have completed a level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Therapeutic Counselling</li>
<li>Be a Registered Member or an Accredited Member of the BACP membership or equivalent with a professional standards authority (e.g. UKCP, HPC)</li>
<li>Have two years minimum duration of personal counselling or psychotherapy.</li>
<li>Commit to delivering 4 hours counselling (1 evening) per week to young people of the service</li>
<li>Have 1 years’ experience of delivering counselling in a counselling agency or similar setting</li>

Place2Be is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a key role in helping us communicate our impact and services through compelling visual content across print, web, social media, and video. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who can confidently take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver high-quality designs that align with given briefs and our brand identity. 
You’ll be responsible for transforming given briefs into accessible and engaging visuals, managing digital assets, and ensuring all content meets our standards for accessibility and inclusion. You will also be responsible for designing impact reports and social media graphics that is vital to bringing our mission to life. 
Key Responsibilities

 <li>Design engaging graphics for web, email, social media, and print (e.g. impact reports, magazines, flyers, posters).</li>
 <li>Edit professional video content that highlights our work.</li>
 <li>Lead photoshoots and manage all visual assets, ensuring proper consent and storage.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with teams across the organisation to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions—often to tight deadlines.</li>
 <li>Maintain brand consistency and accessibility across all visual outputs.</li>

What we’re looking for:

 <li>Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across multiple media formats.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).</li>
 <li>Experience in video editing, captioning, and ideally animation.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of print design and delivering print-ready artwork.</li>
 <li>Experience using Canva and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>

School Counsellor / Therapist

Counsellor Coordinator Location: The post will be based in Barnet, but will be required to work off-site, remotely and any of EACH s offices based on the needs of the service Salary: Salary scale £32,625 - £34,820 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting) for FTE (37.5hours). £18,270 - £19,500 pro-rata for 21 hours/week.
