University Counsellor

School support. ●	Contribute to the school counselling programme, including but not limited to needs analysis, screening / early identification and referral of students with mental health needs and social, emotional and behavioural problems ●	Provide consultation for staff and contribute to training for staff and parents on issues related to mental health and wellbeing ●	Work with relevant community professionals and agencies as needed to support students ●	Provide crisis management support as necessary 2. Preventative Programmes ●	Develop and conduct psycho-educational sessions for students and parents on mental health issues ●	Develop and make available mental health resources for students, parents and staff 3.
