<p>The successful applicant will join the West London CAMHS Eating Disorder Service is based at in Ealing CAMHS, 1 Armstrong Way, Southall UB2 4SA.</p>
<p>The West London CAMHS Eating Disorder Service is a well-established and expanding multi-disciplinary service which offers a range of evidence based clinical treatments to young people with eating disorders across the Boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith and Fulham. The Service also links to a comprehensive Tier 2 and Tier 3 CAMH Service and a CAMHS Crisis Prevention/Care Team (ALLIANCE). The post holder will be part of a growing team of clinicians with a special interest and expertise in working with children, and young people, who are presenting with eating disorders.</p>
<p>The Dietician will also join a thriving team of supportive, committed and skilled nurses who are dedicated to changing the future outcomes for children and young people who present to mental health services.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Dietitian will commit to participating in the CAMHS Development Programme, whilst also working within the Eating Disorder Service. For more information on the CAMHS Development Programme please see the Candidate Information Pack.</p>
<p>The Dietician will work within the intensive treatment community pathway. This is an exciting new development within the team to support young people to remain in the community or to provide consistent support on paediatric wards to support discharge. This role will provide outreach into the young person's home to and local wards to provide meal and more generalised therapeutic support.</p>
<p>The Dietitian will join the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of clinical assessment and provision of therapy to young people (0-18) and their families and/or carers within the Eating Disorder Service. The role will include providing outreach work to patients who may find it hard to attend clinics and in-reach work into Tier 4 Services. The Dietitian will provide specialist dietitian input. With supervision and support the Dietitian will provide individual therapy to identified patients, as well as short term therapy (individual, family, groups) to patients presenting with sub-threshold disorders. He /she will also contribute towards Multi Family Therapy Groups.</p>

  <p>As a psychologist you will be central to the MDT, providing therapy to service users and their families, and supporting the team through reflective practice, consultation, supervision, and training. You will also help the team to think about and manage the complex relationship dynamics that can arise in psychosis, so that care remains safe, effective, and compassionate.</p>

  <p>We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal qualified physiotherapist who is keen to expand their experience into working with patients with chronic pain problems by working as part of the Pain clinic team delivering the Pain Management Service for Kingston and Richmond foundation Trusts. </p> <p>The Pain clinic is situated in Teddington Health and Social care centre (THSCC) 18 Queen's Road, Teddington, TW11 0LR (Behind Teddington Memorial hospital).</p> <p>You will be enthusiastic &amp; dynamic and with adequate musculoskeletal experience to feel confident in assessing and managing this patient group.</p> <p>You will be a key member of the Pain Management Service Team, who provide an integrated service to adults referred with persistent pain. The team includes clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, specialist physiotherapists, an alexander technique teacher and acupuncturist who work closely alongside consultant anaesthetists who specialise in chronic pain management.</p> <p>We are a well-established, supportive and innovative service and are currently piloting an initiative to improve the patient pathway for people referred to therapies.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will:</p> <ul>  <li>Be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, efficient Physiotherapy service to all appropriate patients referred from the Pain Clinic.</li>  <li>To deliver Pain management programme with a psychologist or psychotherapist.</li>  <li>Undertake and deliver individually led classes and 1:1 courses of treatment</li>  <li>Participate in appropriate audit and research activities within the Pain Management Service.</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be trained in physiotherapy to the standard required for registration with the Chartered society of physiotherapy &amp; Registered with the HPC.</p> <p>You should have at least 5-6 years post-qualification experience in a medical setting. Preferably with at least 3 year of musculoskeletal outpatient experience and experience of working with patient with persistent pain. Experience of working with patients within a chronic pain service would be desirable.</p> <p>Ability to communicate sensitively is essential. You will be a team player, IT literate and demonstrate commitment to updating and maintaining your clinical skills.</p>

  <p>Are you a passionate and creative <strong>Music Therapist</strong> looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with life-limiting conditions and complex needs?</p> <p>We are delighted to offer a newly developed opportunity for a skilled and compassionate <strong>Community Kaleidoscope Music Therapis</strong>t to join our <strong>Specialist Palliative Care Team - Inner Division within our Children's Community Nursing Service.</strong></p> <p>This is a unique role offering 18 hours per week, worked flexibly across three days. <li>Provide specialist music therapy assessment and intervention, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with evidence-based principles and best practice</li>
<li>Offer therapeutic support to children and young people with complex medical, developmental and palliative care needs</li>
<li>Work across a range of community settings, including the Palliative Care/Kaleidoscope service, home environments and clinic-based locations</li>
<li>Contribute to specific projects as delegated by the Kaleidoscope Lead</li>
<li>Deliver home and community-based sessions tailored to the needs of children with life-limiting conditions and their families</li>
<li>Provide both individual and group blocks of music therapy to address identified therapeutic goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and families</li>
<li>Support the wider Kaleidoscope Palliative Care Team, working closely with Children's Community Nursing and Social Services Child Development Services to ensure coordinated, compassionate and accountable car</li>
