<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking a High Intensity Modality Lead to support and manage the delivery and development of additional modalities within NHS Talking Therapies Southampton.</p> <p>As a High Intensity Modality lead you will act as clinical lead within an area of expertise, provide expertadvice to psychological therapists and other professionals. You will provide non-CBT high intensity modalities that form part of the NHS Talking Therapies programme as recommended by NICE for clients who present a range of complex Anxiety and Depression related problems as well as other mild to moderate mental health problems.</p> <p>You will supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other high intensity therapists and trainees and support other clinical members of the team who provide psychologically based care and treatment.</p> <p>This is a part time role of 30 hours based in Southampton.   <p>You will primarily oversee clinical quality and outcomes for the high intensity team, focusing on the delivery and quality of non-CBT HI additional modalities including evidence based NICE Approved treatments Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Person Centred Experiential - Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).</p> <p>You will work with the locality leads and senior service lead to ensure that national guidelines are adhered to in line with the national NHS Talking Therapy programme, targets are achieved and appropriate clinical governance arrangements are in place.</p> <p>You will work with the Locality Lead &amp; S3 Specialist oversee and monitor waiting lists for the additional modalities, to ensure timely access to treatment for patients and that the service is achieving KPIs.</p> <p>Provide specialist psychological therapy to patients from the NHS TT service in an expert area of practice. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of eating disorder presentations as well as co-morbid mental health conditions to allow for the provision of a holistic care package to the young person.   <p>To complete specialist eating disorder assessments within the Community Eating Disorder Service for Children &amp; Young People (CEDS-CYP).</p>
<p>To act as the duty clinician on the rota of duty clinicians managing referrals and providing a rapid response to urgent clinical situations. </p>
<p>To be involved in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young people with eating disorders in the community, to liaise closely with other health care professionals to ensure a consistent approach.</p>
<p>To provide specialist therapeutic interventions as part of individualised treatment plans based on psychotherapeutic principles which are grounded in evidence based practice and NICE - concordant interventions for eating disorders.</p>
<p>To develop and deliver our early intervention support pathway, including consultation, psychoeducation, self-help materials working closely with our assistant psychologist.</p>

  <p><strong>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent, Band 6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to work in the Community Children and Young People's Service (CYPS) in the Northumberland team.</strong> </p>
<p>We welcome applicants who have experience working with children and young people although this is not essential. It is essential that applicants are registered as a Speech and Language Therapist and have previous experience working within a mental health, learning disability or neurodevelopmental setting and/or team. We are interested in appointing a dedicated and committed individual who can demonstrate their ability to engage and work collaboratively with others/partner agencies and understand complex systems in order to support effective pathways.</p>
<p>CYPS provide care, treatment and assessment for young people with complex, moderate to severe needs over the whole of Northumberland. </p>
<p>The multi-disciplinary team comprises a highly skilled and experienced workforce of consultant psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychotherapists, social workers, art therapists and support workers. The team are dedicated, compassionate and always put young people and their families at the centre of everything they do.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide specialist SALT assessment, intervention and recommendations for children and young people accessing these services. You will work as an integral member of the CYPS MDT and support the ongoing development of the SALT provision in the service.</p>
<p>You should have qualifications and experience relevant in this clinical field and work well as part of a close team and be able to work independently. You will liaise closely with fellow professionals to address communication difficulties as part of a holistic, service user centred service and be confident in providing high quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions and possess excellent communication and organisational skills as well as have the ability to work independently.</p>
<p>The post will be based at St Georges Park Hospital in Morpeth, Northumberland. You will be required to travel to other sites across the Trust as part of the role.</p>

  <p>Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies are looking to recruit full-time, enthusiastic and motivated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our dynamic and innovative service.</p> <p>Based in East London we have provided psychological therapy services to general practice and the local community for over 30 years. We are a stepped care service offering evidence based interventions at Steps 2 and 3. Our team consists of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Cognitive Behaviour Therapists and Clinical &amp; Counselling Psychologists. As a service, we actively encourage different theoretical interests and offer specialist areas of development such as LTC/Eating Disorders/Perinatal.</p> <p>This post involves:</p> <ul>  <li>Providing Low Intensity interventions from a range of CBT based self-management interventions for clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression</li>  <li>Working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary</li>  <li>Involvement in Group and Community Engagement work</li> </ul> <p>We have a firm commitment to CPD and offer high quality supervision as well as the opportunity to participate in team initiatives. The team works closely with a variety of trained professionals across a range of therapeutic orientations including, DIT, Systemic, IPT, CBT and Psychodynamic.</p>    <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high volume low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions to service to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.</p>  <p>The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities. </p> <p></p> <p>Psychological Well-being Practitioners provide assessment, triage, treatment and mental health promotion activities within primary care and community settings, for people experiencing common mental health problems in the self-management of their recovery. Treatment programmes are designed to aid clinical improvement and social inclusion - including return to work and meaningful activity or other occupational activities, with the aim to enable service users to manage their own difficulties and reach their maximum potential.</p>
