The post is to cover maternity leave until 31.03.27. Services at WMRC include Specialist Clinics, Prosthetics, Orthotics, Access to Communications Technology, Birmingham Wheelchair Services and Posture &amp; Mobility.</p> <p>This post is within Specialist Clinics - this is a group of 7 highly specialist regional outpatient services - Spasticity Clinic, Multiple Sclerosis Clinic, Neuromuscular Clinic, Non-Traumatic Spinal Injury Clinic, Young Adults Clinic, Complex Neuro Rehab and Intrathecal Baclofen. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Speech &amp; Language Therapists, Counsellor and Psychologist.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Clinical work with patients - in MDT clinics, unidisciplinary clinics and independently with your own caseload.</p>
<p>Administration - admin tasks to support clinicians and patients. This includes onwards referrals.</p>
<p>Equipment - to include ordering, stock take, support with servicing.</p>
<p>Provide information - to patients and clinicians.</p>
<p>Communication - with patients, carers, family, staff and outside agencies. This requires highly developed communication skills to communicate where there are barriers to communication.</p>

<p>The Mid Essex CAMHS team has a base in Chelmsford and covers the surrounding areas including Braintree, Maldon, Southminster and Halstead. The successful applicants would be based in Chelmsford but expected to cover our satellite clinics in Braintree, Halstead and Maldon.</p>
<p>The CAMHS Practitioner role supports the development and implementation of a range of interventions within the Thrive Model as indicated by SET CAMHS and NICE guidance e.g CBT, DBT, trauma informed.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will demonstrate thorough assessment skills including care planning and risk formulation. You will be able to provide a variety of one to one and group treatments and include the use of outcome measures and goal setting to track progress.   <p><strong>Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHPs, Child Wellbeing Practitioners), Band 5 - Bedford MHST -</strong></p> <p>The Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England focusing on a whole school approach. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will play a key role within the Bedford Mental Health Support Team (MHST), who will have the responsibility for delivering both evidence based and 'Whole schools' approaches to provide mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.The role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system change with the aim of whole school and whole community approaches to supporting young people's mental health. </p>  <p>The Bedford MHST is part of a wider Community Access Service in the locality, where the team are working to reduce health inequalities in communities where these are most prominent. Working closely with the schools and other external partners addressing their most prominent needs, by implementing whole schools approaches and targeted interventions. You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMHS service, delivering a substantial stepped model of care following the needs-led Thrive framework.</p>
