  <p>As a Psychologist/ Psychological Therapist in our talking therapies service, you will be responsible for offering high quality assessment and brief interventions to treat those experiencing common mental health disorders.</p>
<p>This is an exciting, varied role with opportunity for, direct clinical work, consultation, supervision of other practitioners, facilitation of reflective practice and contributing to team innovation and development.</p>

Counselling Support Worker

  <p>We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Psychologist/Practitioner Psychologist to step into an Band 8b Clinical Lead role within our vibrant and friendly Salford Early Intervention in Psychosis service (EIP) and the Early Detection and Intervention Team (EDIT).</p> <p>The post holder will provide direct clinical work, while also supporting all aspects of psychological and psycho-social intervention work carried within the EI and EDIT teams, via the provision of supervision, consultation and training and co-working opportunities.</p> <p>The post holder will promote psychological perspectives by regular contribution to MDT discussions, supervision, and training. The Early Intervention Teams at GMMH are research active and the post holder will strengthen links between our Salford team and the GMMH psychosis research unit to offer service users the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of research projects.</p> <p>The post holder will join a supportive group of other 8b Clinical Psychologists who lead the other EI teams across the Trust. We pride ourselves at GMMH at offering flexible working, ensuring good quality CPD opportunities and providing supportive supervision.</p>

Salford EDIT and EI teams are multidisciplinary teams with a strong culture of facilitating personal recovery via psychological and psychosocial interventions.</p> <p>The post-holder will lead on the development and delivery of psychological interventions, ensuring high quality evidence-based and trauma-informed practice across the pathway.
