  <p>Oxleas are seeking to recruit to a highly motivated, Band 8a clinical/counselling psychologist or CBT therapist to join our Greenwich team as Maternity Cover.It is an exciting time to join the team as it is a burgeoning and innovative field for perinatal psychology. Our Perinatal team offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in both adult mental health and also to develop skills in parent infant and family work. It is an ideal opportunity for psychologist with an interest in attachment, developmental psychology, infant mental health and working with family systems.</p> <p>The trust wide service is based at Queen Mary's hospital and consists of a multidisciplinary team of professionals including consultant psychiatrists, specialist perinatal nurses, clinical psychologists, CBT therapists, nursery nurses and OTs. We offer a community service for pregnant and postnatal women with severe and complex mental health difficulties. The team has close links with other services, including IAPT, secondary care mental health teams and maternity as well as third sector organisations. We work collaboratively with other services (eg maternity service and health visiting) and with experts by experience to continue to provide high quality care and are committed to ensure excellent outcomes for women and their families.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Main Clinical Duties;</p>
<p>The main clinical work undertaken is to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for mothers and their babies and families in the community. The post holder will also offer clinical supervision to more junior staff and trainees.</p>
<p>The post holder will be involved in delivering evidence-based individual and group-based interventions. The psychological therapies team include clinical and counselling psychologists, as well as CBT therapists. The successful applicant will be part of a friendly and supportive team. There is an established reflective practice space for the whole team as well as regular individual supervision provided by the senior psychologist. Opportunities to develop supervision skills are consistently available and Oxleas has a longstanding relationship with clinical and counselling doctorate programs in taking trainees and developing the wider workforce.</p>

  <p>Community Mental Health Services have undergone widespread innovative transformation.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The CAP role is central to the team's psychological provision, with opportunities for group interventions, 1:1 therapy using a Structured Clinical Management model and other evidence based approaches, alongside joint assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation.</p> <p>There will be opportunities for leadership, research, service development and consultation to the system, which will involve liaising with professionals involved in the in care of the individual.   <p><strong>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic therapy team. We are looking for a part time position (3 days a week) for a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant within our Adult SLT Service. We work with patients in their own homes, in clinics at inpatient neuro-rehabilitation and in Lister Hospital.</strong></p>
<p>The post-holder will need to be organised, enthusiastic, a good communicator and will have previous experience in a rehabilitation or care delivery setting. You will be assisting in the rehabilitation of patients with a wide range of neurological needs (including physical, communication and cognitive) which may include both individual sessions and group work. You will be working closely with the Speech and Language Therapists and a wider MDT including the medical team, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Nurses. You will need to be able to keep accurate clinical records and have good clerical/ administrative skills.</p>

  <p>The post-holder will be responsible for supporting Speech and Language Therapists with the assessment and management of adults with acquired communication, speech, language or eating and drinking disorders.</p>
<p>You will carry out therapy plans with patients who may have a range of diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson's, dementia, Motor Neuron disease and other progressive neurological conditions. You will need to build excellent rapport with patients and providing them with a high level of care.</p>
<p>You will need to be able to keep accurate clinical records and have good clerical/ administrative skills.</p>
<p>You will support the team with resource building, such as low tech augmentative and alternative communication aids (AAC).</p>
<p>You will help to run communication groups alongside other SLTAs.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Are you an experienced dietitian with an interest in maternity? We are looking for a dietitian with a real passion to drive forward and promote excellence within the maternity department as part of the diabetes specialist multi-disciplinary team. This is a brand-new post because of external funding and an exciting opportunity to develop the Dietetic service in this area. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership within the team to improve pregnancy outcomes and support a positive patient experience. You will work in partnership with other professionals, pregnant people and their families. You will champion patient involvement in the management of their condition through their diet, and you will demonstrate a patient centred approach by providing sensitive and complex information in a compassionate manner.</p>

The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. Our team is supported by student practitioners completing their final year of their practitioner studies.</p>

<p>Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. It is important to check with your training provider, the cap on the number of under 18 years of age clients permitted for your course.</p>

<p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Volunteer Counsellor to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. <p>Counselling is delivered by experienced qualified contracted counsellors, and our team is supported by qualified volunteer counsellors who wish to give back to the community, require a stepping stone to a paid counselling role or are independently working toward increasing their client contact hours or are working toward their accreditation.</p>
<p>To meet the standard criteria you will:</p>

<li>Ba a graduate or at post graduate level in counselling or have completed a level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Therapeutic Counselling</li>
<li>Be a Registered Member or an Accredited Member of the BACP membership or equivalent with a professional standards authority (e.g. UKCP, HPC)</li>
<li>Have two years minimum duration of personal counselling or psychotherapy.</li>
<li>Commit to delivering 4 hours counselling (1 evening) per week to young people of the service</li>
<li>Have 1 years’ experience of delivering counselling in a counselling agency or similar setting</li>
