  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to lead the psychological provision for Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be Lead Psychologist for a vibrant multi-disciplinary team working with service users and their families presenting with diverse and complex social and health needs. You will work closely with the Operational and Clinical Leads to ensure the delivery of a high quality, accessible, and inclusive psychological service drawing on a range of psychological approaches. You will promote psychological and trauma-informed practice within the teams and wider service area through consultation (informal and formal), training and reflective practice. You will supervise a Band 7 psychologist as well as other psychological staff. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from psychology, Arts Therapy and Occupational Therapy to jointly develop a borough-wide groups therapies programme. There are significant opportunities for service development, quality improvement, and innovative practice in this post as part of the Trust's Community Health Transformation Programme.</p>

  <p>The successful candidate will be closely involved with the Department of Tower Hamlets Locality Psychology, under whose governance you will have regular opportunities for continuing professional development. Within our lively and enthusiastic Adult Multi-Disciplinary Psychology Team a range of approaches are promoted, including CBT, CFT, narrative therapy, community psychology and trauma informed care, supported by strong peer and specialist supervision. We also liaise closely with North Thames Clinical Psychology Doctorate courses.</p>

  <p><strong>Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist (Band 7/8a (depending on experience)</strong></p> <p>Psychologists are integral and valued key members of the Mental Health Care of Older People's multidisciplinary teams (MHCOP) in each borough across East London. Within and across the service, in line with National Guidance, the post holder will be responsible and accountable for the provision of high quality, person-centred and culturally sensitive psychological services to older adults presenting to the service, their families and carers. Our goal is to alleviate psychological distress and promote psychological well-being, working alongside our multi-disciplinary team colleagues in the community and liaison into the centralised wards, where required through consultation, teaching and training.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be an active member of City and Hackney's Mental Health Care of Older Adult's service including the centralised MHCOP inpatient wards and wider East London MHCOP Psychology and Arts therapies professional group.</p> <p>They will work closely with psychologists and other professionals in the team maintaining a standardised approach to the assessment and care of Service Users with complex needs across community and inpatient settings. As part of this, they will contribute to the provision of a specialist psychological perspective for the work of the team, providing highly specialist psychological advice and consultation to other members of the team as well as consultation into the borough's residential and nursing homes.</p> <p>They will be responsible and accountable for the systematic provision of a highly specialist psychology service for people with severe, complex and enduring mental health and dementia related difficulties and their families, presenting to the service and across community and, where appropriate, acute physical health and psychiatric settings.</p> <p>They will develop working partnerships with other members of psychology services locally and across East London boroughs, relevant statutory and voluntary agencies, locality services and providers/commissioners as appropriate</p>   <h3>About us</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Team supports birthing people in Bedfordshire and Luton with moderate to severe mental health difficulties antenatally and up to two years postnatally. It is a dedicated multi-disciplinary team involving psychiatry, psychology, nursery nurse, occupational therapy and nursing interventions.</p>   <p>We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, reflective and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to provide specialist psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples and families, and supporting delivery of group interventions. For newly qualified psychologists we can offer this as a development post.</p>   <p>The post holder will work closely with OCEAN, the Maternal Mental Health Service who support those affected by birth loss or birth trauma as well as actively working and collaborating with mother and baby units, community mental health teams, parent-infant psychotherapy in CAMHS and local talking therapy services.</p>   <p>We are looking to recruit someone with experience of working within secondary mental health settings who can work proactively and collaboratively with other professionals and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity to the challenges facing birthing people with mental health difficulties during the perinatal period. An understanding of the impact of trauma in the perinatal period, and experience of delivering trauma-focused therapy, is desirable. A car owner/driver is essential.</p>

Our Community secure services form part of a wide and growing body of clinical services operating in a variety of settings linked to criminal justice services. NSFT Secure Services offer low and medium secure mental health services for men, an innovative integrated secure mental health service for women, mental health services in the local prisons, community forensic services, criminal justice liaison and diversion services and Offender Personality Disorder services in partnership with probation services.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist or suitably trained and experienced Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to join the multidisciplinary team providing services to individuals living in the community across Norfolk and Suffolk. </p> <p>We are looking for a psychologist who is committed to multidisciplinary working, has an interest in service development and who will support colleagues in developing their psychological knowledge and skills in addition to delivering a psychological assessment and treatment service to the users of the service.</p>
