<p><strong>Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Mental Health Recovery Workers to join our&nbsp;inspiring and friendly team&nbsp;at our Sheffield Outreach Service.</strong></p><p><strong>Imagine being part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. We currently support over 65 individuals living in their homes in the community to work towards recovery, by engaging them in 1:1 support with a mental health recovery worker. Support is tailored to the individual and working towards meeting goals on their individual support plan, which outlined which areas of social care needs they require support with.&nbsp;The service generally operates Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm however flexibility in this role will be required to meet the needs of the service users.   <p>The post holder will work with adults and their families with acute and complex mental health problems. They will provide support, give time in order to promote recovery from ill health and encourage the development of independence.
