We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Specialist Community Eating Disorders Service. The Community Eating Disorder Service is a welcoming and compassionate team, which has won the 2018 AWP Trust Service User's and Carer's Award. The service has recently undergone transformation and expansion as part of national and regional developments. These developments are providing excellent opportunities for career development, training, creativity, leadership and innovation for the right candidate!</p> <p>We are looking for someone with an interest in working with people living with eating disorders. People living with an eating disorder are often stigmatised and marginalised; we're therefore keen to find somebody with a keen sense of compassion and equality. You'll be closely supported by the MDT, and there will additionally be opportunities for specialist training.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide a resource around the assessment, treatment and support of people living with eating disorders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians within the eating disorders team. They will provide specialist psychological treatments for users of the community service. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example.   <p>This role is crucial in ensuring that patients get timely access to high quality specialist psychological treatments within the Oxfordshire Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team.   <p>We are looking for a clinical psychologist who is interested in developing their skills further within the Bedford Community Access Pathway. </p>  <p>This post is based within Bedford Community Access Service CAMHS (CAS) Service, and which provides a specialist service, to young people, their families/caring network, working closely with external partners including Education, Local Authority and Primary Care. CAMHS Clinical Psychologist Band 7 to Band 8a Preceptorship

  <p>Come and join our psychology service as a Psychologist or Psychological Therapist working within University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust (UHS) which is a provider of regional and tertiary acute physical care.</p><p>The UHS Adult Psychology Service works into teams across the Trust and you will be offering maternity cover within Haematology and the Infected Blood Psychology Service. You will work with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist to provide psychologically informed services for patients and staff.</p><p>Balancing wellbeing with work demands and developing your professional skills are highly valued within the UHS Adult Psychology team. It offers many opportunities to develop your interest in therapeutic approaches through informal networking, facilitated reflective practice, education days and specialist supervision or discussion groups.   <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8a Senior Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT). You would join our community-based psychological therapies service for working age adults within secondary care services; you would work within our Community Mental Health Team in Dudley Northand potentially across the locality according to service need.</p>  <p>We would also welcome applications from newly qualified Psychologists who are seeking a Preceptorship post from Band 7 to 8a.</p>  <p>We are a combination of Practitioner Psychologists, CBT Therapists and DBT Therapists offering a range of group and individual therapies in line with recovery models of care and trauma-informed practice. There are opportunities to apply and develop your time-limited psychological skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CAT and brief psychodynamic therapy.</p>

  <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate/severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. Staff have regular appropriate supervision, reflective practice and access to CPD to support professional growth.</p>  <p>We also provide opportunities in leadership, developing others, developing advanced therapeutic skills, and service/organisational development. </p> <p>As part of Community Transformation, psychological therapies are fully integrated into four Community Mental Health Teams across our four localities (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall). <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8B Principal Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT). You would join our community-based psychological therapies service for working age adults within secondary care services; you would work within our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall Northand potentially across the locality according to service need.</p>  <p>We are a combination of Practitioner Psychologists, CBT Therapists and DBT Therapists offering a range of group and individual therapies in line with recovery models of care and trauma-informed practice. There are opportunities to apply and develop your time-limited psychological skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CAT and ISTDP.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate to severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. Staff have regular appropriate supervision, reflective practice and access to CPD to support professional growth.</p>  <p>We also provide opportunities in leadership, developing others, developing advanced therapeutic skills, and service/organisational development. </p> <p>As part of Community Transformation, psychological therapies are fully integrated into four Community Mental Health Teams across our four localities (Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall). We work within a strong multi-disciplinary ethos, with very good links with staff from Tier 1, our Recovery College and VCSE partners.</p> <p>The core CMHTs are supported by specialist services which also include psychological therapists: Complex Emotional Needs Service; Eating Disorders; Perinatal Services; 18-25s Transitions Team; Early Intervention in Psychosis; Clinical Health Psychology.</p>  <p>Whilst Operational managers provide our line management, we provide strong professional leadership, clinical supervision and support to all our psychological staff. Psychology is a vital and influential field, represented at every level in our Trust, including our Chief Therapies Officer and also our Chief Clinical Information Officer who are both Consultant Clinical Psychologists.</p>
