Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of our client a UK-based Mental Health Charity, who is currently looking to recruit a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.Role: Senior Psychological Wellbeing PractitionerSalary: £35,392 to £42,618Location: Humber Working: Open to full-time or part-time, on-site (potential 1 day from home)Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Accept, screen, and assess referrals in line with agreed service protocols.</li><li>Determine suitability of referrals and signpost, step up, or redirect clients as appropriate.</li><li>Conduct person-centred assessments, including risk assessments for self-harm and harm to others.</li><li>Support individuals with mental health difficulties to self-manage their recovery.</li><li>Deliver low-intensity, evidence-based psychological interventions (e.g. psychoeducation, guided self-help) informed by CBT principles.</li><li>Implement a stepped-care approach, ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down of treatment.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical records, outcome measures, and data entry in line with service standards.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Support service performance monitoring, including contribution to monthly data reporting.</li></ul> Essential Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul> <li>Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) in line with the IAPT Low Intensity National Programme.</li><li>Post-qualification experience delivering Step 2 IAPT low-intensity interventions.</li><li>Experience working within a stepped-care mental health service.</li><li>Strong knowledge of assessment, screening, referral processes, and evidence-based interventions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build effective therapeutic relationships in a non-discriminatory, recovery-focused manner.</li><li>Experience using clinical outcome measures to inform practice.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Competent IT skills, including use of clinical databases and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to use supervision constructively and reflect on personal and professional practice.</li></ul> If you are interested in the role, or know anyone who may be, please contact Marc at Service Care Solutions on or email .uk.Service Care Solutions also offers a £250 referral bonus!
