This includes providing guided self-help in both 1:1 and group formats, in line with the current Step 2 guidelines.Typically for a trainee, the role will see you in base 4 days per week and attending University 1 day per week, although this ratio can vary throughout the academic year and dependent on the University attended. 100% Attendance at the university is mandatory and there is a high volume of academic work within the training year.&nbsp;Upon completion of the University course and the Rethink Mental Illness Probationary Period, you will automatically move to a permanent qualified position on AfC Band 5 with associated terms and conditions.  An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sunderland Talking Therapies to appoint a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The position is for either a qualified PWP who holds a PWP accreditation or a Trainee PWP who is nearing the end of training due to be ratified, and wants to develop their skills and experience within our team. The post is full-time (37.5) however we are open to applications for part-time hours.
