Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are excited to offer a permanent full-time opportunity for a qualified Childrens
Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) to join our service. The CWP team sits within our Mental Health Support Teams
(MHST) early intervention pathway. We are looking for practitioners with
proactive and positive attitudes to support our waiting lists, so that children
can be seen quicker. The successful candidates will join our CWP team to work
with children presenting with mild-moderate presentations of mental health who
require Low Intensity- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI-CBT). The role may
involve some travel around the county, seeing young people in community and
clinic settings and so having a driving license and car will be essential to
the role. We are excited to develop our CWP team further and look forward to reading

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sunderland Talking Therapies to appoint a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The position is for either a qualified PWP who holds a PWP accreditation or a Trainee PWP who is nearing the end of training due to be ratified, and wants to develop their skills and experience within our team. The post is full-time (37.5) however we are open to applications for part-time hours. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner 

<p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p><p>The team compromises a range of highly skilled professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of care for those with mental health needs within the prison and for Rethink Mental Illness employees, this is carried out between 0800 – 1600 Monday to Friday.</p><p>You will work as part of an integrated care mental health team delivering Step 1 interventions, working alongside other professionals to support the mental health of the prison population.&nbsp;&nbsp;The team support people with a common mental health problem in the self-management of their recovery, building a professional relationship of trust in a non-judgmental manner with every client as a basis for developing and enabling therapeutic relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;This ranges from providing informal information, support, and signposting, facilitating group activities and forums, to developing and training Peer Mentors and delivering service user engagement activities. As a PWP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults experiencing common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.</p><p>You will assess service users' suitability for evidence-based interventions and deliver a wide range of Step 2 psychological therapies, both on a one-to-one basis and through therapeutic groups.
