Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and accessible visuals for digital and print platforms with a focus on impact reports, social graphics, and a supporter magazine. This makes up around 70% of the work with 30% spent on video.&nbsp;

Produce high-quality video content that showcases our work and impact.&nbsp; 
 
Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organisation and consent compliance.&nbsp; 
 
Keep our Digital Asset Management system updated for seamless access and use.&nbsp;

Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation who are looking for a Lead Addiction Therapist for a permanent post based in Luton. Within your role as a Lead Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to their clients, ensuring their mental and emotional well-being. The role is based in a fully furbished drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation facility set within the heart of Luton. The treatment services include providing a medically monitored detox as well as a fully comprehensive drug rehab &amp; alcohol rehabilitation programme designed to address the mind, body and spiritual wellbeing. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients.</li> <li>Conduct assessments and provide regular evaluations of client progress.</li> <li>Supervise and mentor junior therapists and support staff.</li> <li>Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions.</li> <li>Provide training and workshops for staff and volunteers.</li> </ul> Required Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li> Proven experience as a therapist in a relevant setting. </li> <li> Registration with BACP or NCPS </li> <li> L4 in counselling or equivalent </li> <li> 2 years experience working directly with clients &amp; at least 1 year working specifically with substance misuse </li> <li>Strong knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li> Relevant qualifications and certifications in therapy or counselling. </li> </ul> The role is based on a 40 hr contract working - 5 days per week on a rota, including weekends (hours are normally 9-5) and is paying between 31,500 - 35,000 per annum.
