Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a school counselor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social-emotional learning (SEL) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
- Proficiency in conducting individual counseling sessions and group workshops
