Description About The Role Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports &amp; Activities Coach to come and join them in the Sports &amp; Activities Department. About You We are looking for someone wholikes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when it's required. You should have a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guest's expectations. The ideal person will preferably have FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA and High Ropes qualifications, however, full training can be provided for someone with a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching. Reporting directly to the Leisure Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day management of the leisure business. You will be required to work 25 hours per week on a shift rota including evenings and weekends.
