We have low secure and rehabilitation services within the hospital which the candidate will be supporting. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and CPD at The Farndon Unit where you will have access to a range of training opportunities to move your career forward. <p><strong>As Psychologist you will:</strong></p>

    <li>Work therapeutically with service users with complex presentations, undertaking assessments using a broad range of structured psychometric and semi structured clinical methods.</li>

  <p>An exciting position has arisen within our East Mental Health Support Team. We are looking for an experienced &amp; enthusiastic Education Mental Health Practitioner/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.</p> <p>Youwill continue to build on the fantastic work carried out within your allocated schools. The role is varied &amp; no two days are the same, you may be setting up and delivering group work &amp; assemblies one day to delivering assessment &amp; interventions the next, as well assupportingschools to develop their whole school approaches to mental health &amp; wellbeing.</p> <p>You will be skilled &amp; experienced in conducting mental health assessments of children and young people (CYP) presenting with common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and low mood. You will conduct risk assessments &amp; identify the right level of support for CYP you come into contact with.</p> <p>Alongside the clinical aspect of your role, you will play an integral part in supporting schools with their whole school approaches. There is scope for creativity and opportunities to work alongside CYP &amp; parents/carers to drive the whole school approach agenda.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to be involved in an established team within the wider CAMHS structure, as a joint initiative between health &amp; education. You will work across the Staffordshire locality as well as supporting other MHSTs across South Staffordshire. You will work deliver parent, staff well-being, 1:1 &amp; group work sessions. </p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Systemic Family Therapist to join the North Derbyshire CAMHS service. The post holder will provide systemic family therapy to young people under all areas of community CAMHS but predominantly those under core CAMHS. The post will be based in both Chesterfield and Buxton.</p> <p>There will be the opportunity to work alongside the lead Systemic Family Therapist and a number of qualified, Systemic Practitioners.</p> <p>We offer opportunities to support the larger CAMHS team to consider the Systemic aspects of their work, by facilitating systemic consultations, clinical supervision and mentoring practice.</p> <p>The postholder will have a Masters degree qualified in Family Therapy, UKCP registered and be experienced in working with complex family dynamics &amp; high levels of risk</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will be required to work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of evidenced based Systemic Family Therapy to children &amp; young people with a wide range of complex mental health difficulties. You will work within a passionate,enthusiastic, compassionate team and will be expected to provide supervision and consultation to colleagues and take part in CPD and pathway development activities as necessary.</p>
