We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Band 5 or 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their Community Mental Health Service in Hull. This is a temporary 8-week (with the potential to be extended) opportunity to work within a recovery-focused service supporting working-aged adults experiencing secondary mental health illness.About the Team:The Team is a multi-disciplinary team comprising community psychiatric nurses, social workers, care officers, occupational therapists, healthcare support workers, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists. The team uses a recovery-focused pathway model, planning care to support service users' progress towards self-reliance and personal goals in areas such as mental health, physical health, living skills, responsibilities, relationships, and social networks.
