You will be working as part of the Therapy Team you will provide guidance, active support, plans and coaching to the teams across division supporting individuals with behaviour that challenges and supporting individuals who are impacted by a learning disability, autism, acquired brain injury and/ or other mental health challenges. You will be responsible for the implementation of PBS strategies that will improve the quality of life and service user's well-being and working with our support teams, to reduce restrictive interventions. To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within the area served by the Department at the qualified requests.
