  <p>We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our dynamic Diabetes Psychology Team (30 hours per week).</p> <p>If you are an enthusiastic and motivated clinician with experience in working with people with diabetes or Long-Term Conditions (LTC), and you are passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and service development, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills within a multidisciplinary team and be involved in a key service development project.   <ul>  <li>Clinical: Providing specialist psychological interventions to complex patients living with Type 2 diabetes, within HM &amp; WSC PCNs to improve self-management and promote active, healthy lifestyles.</li>  <li>Service &amp; Community Engagement: Identifying barriers to engagement in diabetes management within the two PCNs through focused research, including questionnaires and focus groups.</li>  <li>Awareness &amp; Outreach: Engaging with the community to raise awareness of diabetes management resources, with a strong focus on marginalised groups.</li>  <li>Staff Training &amp; Support: Skilling up existing staff on the knowledge and awareness of psychological barriers to engagement in diabetes care, and utilising resources like MDMs to improve the effectiveness of patient contact and reduce disengagement.</li>  <li>Peer Support: Setting up peer support initiatives based on identified need, making strategic use of existing community resources.</li>  <li>Sustainability: Developing a sustainable model of care that can be fully integrated into the PCN's ongoing services after the initial funding period concludes.</li> </ul>

  <p>The pioneering and award-winning Family Safeguarding Service in Hertfordshire is seeking a part time (0.5) Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychological Therapist (fixed term contract of one year to cover maternity leave) who is motivated to help change the lives of some of the most vulnerable families in Hertfordshire. Secondments will be considered (please check with your manager prior to applying).</p> <p>The post is based within the Family Safeguarding Service of Hertfordshire County Council but are employed by Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust and practice governance is provided from the NHS Trust. The posts are focused on the parents of the children and their families involved with the service and would best suit a practitioner with relevant experience of assessing and providing psychological interventions with adults with various mental health presentations.</p>

  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

You'll train managers, deliver consultations, conduct in vivo assessments, and promote organisational learning to reduce pressure on Occupational Health and SPWS.SPWS has supported UCLH staff for over 35 years and continues to play a vital role in recovery and wellbeing post-pandemic. Working closely with Staff Experience, Learning &amp; Development, and Staff Networks, we aim to foster an inclusive culture, reduce stigma, and help staff thrive both professionally and personally.You'll receive strong supervision, professional development, and opportunities to lead on service evaluation, training, and self-help initiatives.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The main responsibilities of the post:o To develop and adapt resources to support the embedding of the neurodiversity support pathway.o To support the SPWS Psychologists and OH Physicians to develop and undertake a new pathway supporting staff who struggle at work due to any form of neurodiversity.o To undertake screenings, triages, assessments and groups with staffo To support the Clinical Lead in communicating across the Trust the new support pathway for staff with neurodiversity needing support.o To assess and support Acute Health NHS Staff with neurodiversity needs to enable them to work well in their positions and implement any reasonable adjustments needed to do so.o To develop the provision of information/self-help material and support for self-help groups.o To provide training and information sessions to staff and managers on reasonable adjustments and how to implement them and assess their success.o To support the psychology team with low-intensity interventions, such as psycho-educational interventions, guided self-help and 'holding spaces' for staff accessing the service where appropriate.o To develop training packages for managers and staff teams.o To liaise with OH and attend case conferences where needed to advise on support and adjustment options.o To attend multidisciplinary meetings about referrals or clients in treatment</p>
