  <p>We are seeking Cognitive Behaviour Therapists (CBT) who are keen to work for our Talking Therapies Gloucestershire and are either newly qualified or further into their careers who want to join a progressive and passionate service to the population we serve. We are continually looking for innovative ideas to address patient care and staff wellbeing including the recent addition of a Referral Liaison Team who manage our referrals and other queries from the service and Trust staff which has reduced pressure on staff during their working week.We have positions within our South team based out of Stroud and our Gloucester/ Forest of Dean teams based out of Gloucester.As a valued member of our team, you will:- Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in line with NICE guidance- Provide therapy both in-person and remotely from one of our four bases- Work collaboratively within a supportive clinical team- Contribute to meeting local and national service targetsWe offer flexible working patterns where possible, though an initial period of on-site work is expected.   <p>We are very excited to be able to offer a full-time senior support worker post covering the Cirencester Recovery team based at Cirencester Memorial Centre &amp; Stroud Recovery Team based at Weavers Croft. The role will involve working across these two sites.</p> <p>The post would mainly involve active participation and responsibility in working within the well-established South Clozapine clinic which serves patients prescribed this medication who live in the South locality and lead responsibility for a defined caseload of Recovery patients with suitable risk and complexity, mainly who access the clinic. Though mainly clinic based, due to the nature of community working the post does require vehicle access and ability to drive. </p> <p>The Recovery Teams are a friendly, welcoming and dynamic teams providing secondary care services to adults of working age, their families and significant others, to provide the best possible outcomes for people with complex mental health needs.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <p><strong>This role is offered on a permanent basis</strong><strong>. The hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week.</strong></p>  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Perinatal Mental Health Team due to current post holder leaving.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Psychological Practitioner (Psychologist, Adult Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist or CBT Therapist) to join our well-established MDT working in the Perinatal Mental Health Service.</p> <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides evidence based care for women, their infants and their families, in line with the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term plan. The service prioritises access and care for women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and works closely with general adult services, maternity, primary care and social care.</p> <p>While this post will primarily focus on delivering psychological interventions to individuals and families (both directly and by supervising and supporting MDT colleagues) there will also be scope for delivering training, teaching and consultation to other professionals.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and engaged Psychological Interventions team and will receive regular supervision and CPD as well as informal support.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>To be responsible for promoting the psychological health and well-being of women within the perinatal service and to provide specialist advice guidance to other staff members when required.</li>  <li>To provide of high-quality evidence-based psychological treatments to women with complex co-morbidity, providing individually tailored psychological treatment programmes addressing problems such as severe depression and anxiety, perinatal obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, personality disorder and psychosis. The post holder will provide either direct treatment of vulnerable women, and consultation/guidance/training to non-psychological staff</li>  <li>To support the wider health and social care environment in raising awareness around perinatal mental health issues in general and within psychological therapy approaches</li>  <li>Emphasis is on multi-disciplinary team working delivering good psychological outcomes (rather than emphasis on psychotherapy).</li>  <li>The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, facilitating the integration of a psychological perspective into the team's understanding of the clinical issues.</li>  <li>To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development</li>  <li>The role may entail working as lead health care professional if appropriate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualification, training &amp; experience requirements for the role are underlined in the Job Description/Person Specification.</strong></p>
