The service is available for people affected by mental illness, their carers/friends/family or professionals.</p><p>Helpline Workers support people via phone, webchat and text; supporting members of the public on an open access basis (without the need for a referral).&nbsp; We provide kind and compassionate support, treating each person that contacts us as an individual.&nbsp; Ensuring that the support we provide is tailored to meet their needs.&nbsp;&nbsp; Helpline Workers provide support using a non-judgmental, holistic, trauma informed and person centred approach.</p><p>As the Service Manager, you will&nbsp;lead a staff team to ensure that we are delivering high-quality, safe and person-centre support in line with contractual requirements – most importantly delivering great outcomes for people using our services.   <p>St Richards Hospice has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, skilled and compassionate Counsellor to join a well-established and highly respected counselling team at St Richards Hospice, where you will combine clinical counselling with a leadership and supervisory role.</p><p>The St Richards Counselling Service sits within the Family Support Team and provides a specialist bereavement and pre-death counselling service to clients in South Worcestershire. The team also encompasses the Bereavement Support South Worcestershire Service, offering group support those dealing with a sudden or unexpected death.</p><p>Working within our Family Support Team, you will undertake comprehensive assessments and provide one-to-one counselling and therapeutic group work for people affected by life-limiting illness or bereavement. You will manage your own complex caseload while also recruiting, supporting and line managing our team of counselling students and volunteers.</p><p>Being a team player is essential to this role, as you will work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our patients, their families and clients. You will also support the counselling allocation process and contribute to the delivery of education and training, both within the hospice and externally. You will also participate in the Family Support and Bereavement Referral Line rota.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy, hold membership of BACP (or an equivalent professional body), and be accredited or working towards accreditation.</p><p>Experience of working with patients with an illness that cannot be cured, along with their families and carers, is essential to the role. Substantial knowledge of grief and loss, and a deep understanding of the emotional needs of bereaved people, is crucial.</p><p>You will have a supervision qualification and experience facilitating therapeutic groups, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to work confidently with a wide range of individuals and professionals.</p><p>It would be advantageous if you hold (or are willing to work towards) a leadership qualification and have previous experience in leadership or line management.</p><p>Due to the nature of this role, a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p><strong>This post is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are part time for 22.5 hours a week.</strong></p>  <p>We are looking for an experienced Band 6 to join the Children's Autism and ADHD Assessment Service (CAAAS).</p>  <p>CAAAS is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Specialist Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists and Administrators which offers assessments for Autism and ADHD for children in Gloucestershire.</p>  <p>The service is relatively new (opened September 2022) and has been coproduced with families and developed in line with the NHS 10 year plan. As a new service we continue to develop and explore how best to offer a high quality evidence based service, whilst addressing significant demand and long wait times.</p>  <p>When the service was developed, although it was developed as an assessment only service, there was recognition of the importance of the role of Occupational Therapy to support understanding of the sensory world of neurodiverse young people, alongside supporting with activities of daily living and understanding motor skill differences. This role was therefore developed to offer some limited post diagnostic support to families around these areas.</p>  <p>We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic , knowledgeable, and thoughtful team member who can help us to continue to offer so key pieces of Occupational Therapy support to the families who need it most.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

You will participate in the provision of a responsive, needs-led mental health assessment and short-term intervention service to people presenting to the General Hospital experiencing mental distress, mental illness and/or self harm.</p>

  <p>This role is offered on a fixed term basis for up to 6 months. The hours are part time for 22.5 hours a week.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Assistant Psychologist to join the Children's Autism and ADHD assessment Service (CAAAS). Gloucestershire is transforming its neurodiversity provision for Under 18's by developing a NICE compliant autism and ADHDassessment pathway for children to support the delivery of the Gloucestershire All Age Autism Strategy. This is in line with the NHS Long Term Plan for Under 18's and is an exciting opportunity to transform autism and ADHD assessment services in Gloucestershire.</p> <p>We are looking for a thoughtful, efficient enthusiastic team member who can support with assessments such as the QB, join Multi-disciplinary Autism and ADHD assessments and support the team to evaluate the service and complete audits.</p> <p>The Trust reserves the right to close this vacancy when sufficient applications have been received.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and well organised assistant Psychologist to join our newly formed multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, experience of working with neurodiverse children and young people and experience ofmulti-disciplinary team working, in addition to a willingness to be involved in developing their skills in areas such as report writing and cognitiveassessment. The post holder will work closely with and be supervised by Clinical Psychologists within the team alongside the service lead, andwill be offered support and training where required. We are keen to welcome an Assistant Psychologist who has a positive, can do attitude and is able to work both independently, using their initiative, and as part of the team.</p>
