  <p>This is a truly exciting time as we change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example. We also have access to the Bespoke training platform and an excellent psychological skills development team.</p>

  <p>Dorset CAMHS is recruiting a Lead Clinician for a fixed term period of 6 months to support the expansion of the Mental Health in Schools Support Team based in North &amp; East Dorset.</p> <p>The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting trailblazer project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, withthe aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. There is a specific focus on developing moreaccess to helping and improving the general culture of emotional support within all primary and secondary schools including special educationalprovisions and Pupil Referral Units.</p> <p>We are looking for a confident professional with a demonstrable track record of providing quality evidenced based interventions. You will have significant experience of supervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skills and abilities. There will be opportunities to carry a small caseload where you would provide comprehensive assessments, risk management and interventions for young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.</p> <p><strong>This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Working alongside community partners the three Mental Health Support Teams in Dorset are fully integrated with community CAMHS and educationalsettings.</p> <p>You will help to oversee the delivery of clinical work within the project, ensuring that a wide range of evidence based interventionsare used to support young people's mental health.</p> <p>You will provide clinical supervision and leadership to more junior colleagues and will be involved with developing clinical operational processes for the delivery of clinical interventions in schools.</p> <p><strong>Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen, for someone to join our team of cancer counsellors at ESNEFT. We are looking for a motivated and experienced counsellor with the skills to offer therapeutic support to cancer patients and their relatives.</p>
<p>As part of a cross site collaborative counselling service, you will work 34 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, based in the Cancer Wellbeing and Information Centre at Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals. Subject to room availability and needs of the service you will work at least 2 days at Colchester (Monday and Tuesday) and 1 day in Ipswich (Wednesday or Friday). Other time can be worked from home. Regular outreach clinics are held in Clacton and counsellors also provide telephone support from home.</p>
<p>You are required to have previous experience of working as a counsellor, ideally in a secondary care setting. You will be BACP accredited or working towards accreditation with substantial experience of counselling clients and time-limited work. You will support cancer patients and their loved ones who may present with a range of needs, such as trauma, grief and loss to effectively manage the challenges and ethical dilemmas presented in this area of work.</p>

  <p>You will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team, including counsellors, clinical nurse specialists, doctors, information staff and volunteers. <p>You will have the ability to be flexible, have good organisational and problem-solving skills; prioritising workload effectively and working collaboratively to continually evaluate and improve services. <p>We are looking for skilled practitioners, with mental health experience, who can provide low intensity evidenced based CBT interventions, manage risk and are passionate about young person-centred practice.</p>

  <p>The Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Bolton.   <p>This is a patient facing post, so you will have a meaningful impact on improving the access, experience and outcomes for service users on a daily basis through promoting and offering early psychology assessments, formulations, brief psychological interventions and consultations in a recovery focused way. We recognise that placing specialist Psychology staff in GP practices will help people with mental health problems achieve the best possible outcomes.</p>  <p>This is a clinical role with some development opportunities which may include supporting our CWPT junior psychology team members; communication with our clinical directors, GPs and wider GP practice colleagues; supporting the Psychology Leads in the coordination of the day-to-day operational management needs and clinical issues arising from mental health service delivery.</p> <p>You will also contribute to delivering and co-developing the primary care mental health service model.
