<p>The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, patient-centered care on our award winning Acute Frailty unit (AFU) The unit provides specialist holistic assessment, care and treatment for frail patients in line with Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) principles. Working with the Multi Disciplinary team, you will ensure rapid assessment, care and discharge planning to enable short lengths of stay, efficient flow and prevent hospital related deconditioning.</p>
<p>You will also provide senior OT support to our new older person's ward which has been designed to cater for the complex needs of older people in a state of the art, dementia friendly environment.</p>
<p>The team also cover 2 other older person's wards, a Haematology ward and Falls Clinic. All of which will benefit from your skills, experience and senior support.</p>

  <p><strong>Are you a Clinical Psychologist, with experience working in Eating Disorders, who is seeking a new challenge?</strong></p> <p>We are delighted to be recruiting to a part time Clinical Psychologist role within the Wiltshire Community Eating Disorder team (WCEDS).</p> <p>WCEDS are a multidisciplinary team, which includes Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Dieticians, Family Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Support Workers and Administrators.</p> <p>We work with adults (over 18) and with young people who are approaching their 18th birthday and likely to require support or treatment into adulthood.</p> <p>We offer a range of specialist psychological interventions including CBT-E, CBT-T, SSCM and MANTRA which are delivered on an individual level.
