  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are a busy service,
covering schools and higher education
colleges in Worcestershire . You will be delivering low intensity CBT
interventions (1:1 or group) in your aligned schools as well as delivering
Whole School Approach activities, keeping the CYP at the heart of everything
you do.</p><p>Under the support of
operational lead, clinical lead &amp; senior practitioners you will manage a
caseload of patients and complete assessments, care plans &amp; other relevant
documentation whilst maintaining the fidelity of the low intensity CBT model.</p><p>An understanding of
risk management &amp; safeguarding is imperative for this role, and you will be
supported with managing this within the team. </p><p>You will also receive
regular case management &amp; clinical skills supervision to support you
clinically as well as participate in MDT/screening meetings.</p><p>You will work closely
with families, school staff &amp; other professions and at times deliver
consultations &amp; signposting advice to other agencies. Thus, strong
interpersonal skills are key.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>ou will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
You will coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight. E.g. re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.  At times you will be expected to work clinically and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone. 
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities as well as motivate others in challenging times and utilise the resources available to you effectively.
The hours of work are 17:00pm-22:00pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).  The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care. 
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in the A &amp; E of Mental Health. You will be working in a very dynamic environment, which will provide you with many opportunities to learn and develop your therapeutic and systemic skills. Mental Health Community Support Worker

  <p>St Werburgh's practice is a specialist practice for the homeless in Chester.</p><p>As such many of our patients have complex physical and mental health issues, including substance misuse.</p><p>We are looking for a counsellor to compliment our small existing clinical team with in-house counselling.</p><p>This is a challenging but very rewarding work environment and you will be part of a very experienced team.</p><p>You will also work with outside agencies as we aim to support patients back into mainstream living.</p>

  <p>St Werburgh's is a very small, specialist practice in Chester and is part of a larger practice, Issa Medical who provide management and clinical support.</p><p>You will be part of a small team who work closely with patients and wider organisations to support patients who often have complex needs.</p><p>As such, we have a very flexible approach to encourage patients to engage in health care and work towards improving both their health and work towards maintaining their own accommodation.</p><p>You will provide 1:1 counselling for patients with complex needs and likely a history of homelessness.</p><p>We aim to provide a safe, individualised and effective service to all our patients.</p>
