  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a truly exciting time as we change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example. We also have access to the Bespoke training platform and an excellent psychological skills development team.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As Duty Coordinator, you will accept referrals into the service and make decisions on the suitability of those referrals. Establishing a pathway for referrers and patients, you will act as a point of contact for external professionals and service users when they are seeking help or advice.</p> <p>The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the development and maintenance of the service and meet performance standards for output and clinical outcomes.</p> <p>The Duty Coordinator is not expected to carry a caseload of clients, and will instead support staff to work with IAPT-appropriate cases for which they have received suitable training. The post is suitable for Mental Health practitioners from multiple professions (e.g. Nursing, Mental Health Therapists, Psychology).</p>

  <p>We have a exciting vacancy that has arisen for newly qualified or early career Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services working across two of our service areas with adults with mental health difficulties in the community. The post will be 0.5 with a vibrant community mental health team and 0.5 with the enhanced team for personality disorders, both located in the Solihull Hub . This is an ideal post to apply your full range of psychological skills and knowledge including consultation, training, supervision, service development, leadership and research in addition to direct clinical work.</p>
<p>We are looking for a suitably experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists (or equivalent applied Psychological Practitioners). Based on experience, this post can either be offered at a Band 8a or a Band 7/ 8a Preceptorship arrangement. Applicants from final year trainees in a Preceptorship arrangement are welcome.</p>
<p>It is a stimulating time in the service as the post-holders will be part of multi-professional teams supporting the Transformation of our Community Services in BSMHFT as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.</p>
