  <p>This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to person centered care in a CMHT, where the expectations of the work will be broad and varied. You will be joining a friendly multidisciplinary team with great prospects for developing a good range of skills whilst in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our service aims to promote an optimum level of recovery, independence and social inclusion for each individual.</p> <p>We have two posts available; one to work in the North Community Mental Health Team, on a permanent basis. The permanent hours are 0.62 WTE for B8a, or as a B7 this would be 0.73 WTE hours.</p> <p>The other post is to work in the South Community Mental Health Team, on a fixed term basis. The temporary hours are 0.8 for a B8a, or as a B7 this would be 0.93 WTE hours.</p> <p>We would consider applications from candidates wishing to apply for either a B7 or a B8a position in either of these teams.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) to work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.</p> <p>You should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and willingness to work proactively in both multi-disciplinary teams and within a multi-agency context. This role provides excellent opportunities for developing your skills in both direct and indirect team working, within a supportive team of experienced psychological therapists. </p> <p>The job will involve working alongside experienced MDT colleagues to offer one-to-one evidence-based psychological interventions to service users and their families, contributing to and delivering group work. The role also includes joint and indirect work with colleagues (team formulation, staff training, support and consultation around psychological issues); and appropriate audit, service development, evaluation and research activities as required. </p> <p>The post will suit a candidate with experience of work with adults with complex presentations, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, complex trauma and personality difficulties. The psychological therapies team includes both clinical psychologists and CBT psychotherapists who offer a range of interventions including CAT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, family work, DBT-informed work, and CFT. The post would provide excellent opportunities in terms of developing specialist skills in psychological models of care.</p>

    <p>The post holder will provide psychological interventions to the Primary Care Networks Mental Health Services. In particular, those with complex mental health problems, focusing on strength and assets to help people with what matters most to them.</p>
<p>This work will be under the supervision of a qualified clinical psychologist who will retain clinical responsibility for clinical work carried out, provided that the clinical work is within the care plan specified.</p>
<p>The characteristics of the core population receiving direct services are: people with complex psychological and emotional needs who may have experienced adverse life events. Those with serious mental illness, for example complex trauma personality disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia and complex depression and anxiety (the list is not exhaustive). </p>
<p>Psychological based provision is offered to the local/identified population at the individual, group, couple and family level through to teams, systems and community level.</p>
<p>The post holder will work with people who use our services to develop a shared understanding of the complex issues the person is facing, how they cope and the impact this has on their mental, physical health and well-being and those around them (psychological assessment and formulation). Under supervision of qualified clinical psychologists they will explore social, psychological, therapies and other potential options which may improve health outcomes and help them achieve agreed goals.</p>
<p>Service users seen by the post holder will include those who have experienced high levels of distress and complex mental health difficulties.       <p>The post holder will provide psychological interventions to the Primary Care Networks Mental Health Services. In particular, those with complex mental health problems, focusing on strength and assets to help people with what matters most to them.</p>
<p>This work will be under the supervision of a qualified clinical psychologist who will retain clinical responsibility for clinical work carried out, provided that the clinical work is within the care plan specified.</p>
<p>The characteristics of the core population receiving direct services are: people with complex psychological and emotional needs who may have experienced adverse life events. Those with serious mental illness, for example complex trauma personality disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia and complex depression and anxiety (the list is not exhaustive). </p>
<p>Psychological based provision is offered to the local/identified population at the individual, group, couple and family level through to teams, systems and community level.</p>
<p>The post holder will work with people who use our services to develop a shared understanding of the complex issues the person is facing, how they cope and the impact this has on their mental, physical health and well-being and those around them (psychological assessment and formulation).   <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join the leadership team in our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The team works with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. The successful candidate will join a large team of supportive multi-professionals alongside clinical and forensic psychologists, psychotherapists and clinical associate psychologists within the acute, crisis and inpatient psychology team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of clinical, operational and leadership roles. Clinical Psychologist- Older Age Inpatients

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are
seeking a dedicated and motivated <strong>Trainee Mammographer</strong> to join our
welcoming and professional team within the Breast Unit at Barnsley Hospital NHS
Foundation Trust. This will be annex 21 training rate for 12 months (75% top of the band) until training is complete.</p><p>Our Breast
Unit delivers high-quality diagnostic breast imaging for both the NHS Breast
Screening Programme and the symptomatic breast service, working closely with a
multidisciplinary team to provide safe, timely, and patient-centred care. In
this role, you will independently carry out the full range of mammographic
procedures, offer clinical guidance to colleagues, and contribute to ongoing
service development. You will also have opportunities to engage in audit,
training, and multidisciplinary meetings, ensuring our patients receive the
very best standards of care.</p><p>We are
looking for a qualified Mammographer with a Certificate of Competence in
Mammography and significant clinical experience. You will have strong
communication and interpersonal skills, work confidently both independently and
as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional
development.</p><p>This role
is based at Barnsley Hospital and our state-of-the-art Community Diagnostic

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The band
6 Mammographer will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient
breast screening and diagnostic imaging service within the Breast Unit. The
postholder will perform the full range of mammographic procedures
independently, applying professional judgement and technical expertise to
produce accurate diagnostic images while maintaining the highest standards of
patient care and dignity. They will provide clear explanations to patients,
assess clinical needs, adapt techniques to individual circumstances, and give
provisional reports on screening mammograms in line with established protocols.</p><p>The role
also includes supporting and guiding colleagues, supervising radiographers,
students and assistants, and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings.
The postholder will assist the Superintendent Radiographer with operational
efficiency, clinical audits, and service improvement initiatives, ensuring
compliance with clinical governance, safety standards, and radiation protection
legislation.</p><p>This
position requires a motivated professional who can combine technical excellence
with compassion, clear communication, and teamwork. The successful candidate
will champion continuous improvement, maintain CPD, and actively support the
Trusts values of respect, collaboration, and patient-centred care, ensuring
the service continues to meet the needs of both screening and symptomatic
