  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner, the successful candidate will work closely with the MHST Clinical and Team Lead and Senior Clinicians, to ensure success of the MHST.</p> <p>Main duties include: Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people and their families in education setting with mild to moderate mental health problems. Provide case management and clinical supervision to EMHPs and Trainee EMHPs under the direction of the Senior Clinicians and both Clinical Leads</p> <p>Offer evidence-based practice in guided self-help, CBT, child and adolescent mental health practice and Whole School Approaches to mental health</p> <p>Clinically develop the provision of group work for children/young people and training for teaching staff, to include training and mentoring EMHP colleagues in order to improve the quality of the group work and training that we deliver</p> <p>They will join a dynamic mental health team in a creative environment where evidence-based interventions, new ideas, ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.</p> <p>Furthermore, during the first year in post, the post holders will be attending the University of East Anglia's Supervisor course (likely to be a mixture of online and in person delivery).</p>

  <p><strong>ELFT Digital Therapy (EDT)</strong>is seeking to appoint experienced and accredited, remote-working<strong>Band 7 High Intensity CBT Therapists</strong>to join our expanding team on a<strong>permanent basis</strong>. Experience in perinatal and in treating PTSD would be advantageous. This is a rare opportunity to work entirely from home, or from anywhere in the UK, as part of a fully remote, forward-looking NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service.</p> <p>EDT forms part of the East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) consistently rated<em>Outstanding</em>by the Care Quality Commission. As a digital-first service, we support community-based IAPT teams across<strong>East London, East Anglia and the Southeast</strong>, providing high-quality care that is clinically robust, equitable, and accessible.</p> <p>This role offers genuine flexibility. You will deliver individual therapy, triage and group interventions remotely, within our service hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am-5pm on Fridays. All clinical sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams or telephone, enabling you to work effectively and comfortably from a home-based setting.</p> <p>EDT is committed to supporting staff wellbeing and career development. We provide structured clinical supervision and case management, and access to regular CPD sessions. As part of ELFT, you will also be part of a rich, multidisciplinary clinical network spanning Newham, Tower Hamlets, and Bedfordshire.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a High Intensity Therapist with EDT, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul>  <li>Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions at Step 3, primarily high-intensity CBT, in line with NICE guidance.</li>  <li>Conducting assessments and triage appointments via video or telephone, determining suitability and treatment pathways.</li>  <li>Providing individual therapy and facilitating psychoeducational or therapeutic groups using secure remote platforms.</li>  <li>Managing a diverse caseload of service users with common mental health problems, including depression, PTSD, GAD, OCD and panic disorder.</li>  <li>Supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and communities, making use of interpreters when needed.</li>  <li>Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and outcome monitoring in line with NHS Talking Therapies standards.</li>  <li>Participating actively in clinical supervision, case discussions and regular CPD tailored to professional development goals.</li>  <li>Collaborating with colleagues across EDT and the wider ELFT Talking Therapies services, contributing to service innovation and digital excellence.</li> </ul>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated individual to join Springbank Ward as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.</p>
<p>Springbank Ward is an award-winning service which provides inpatient treatment to women with a diagnosis of EUPD/Complex Emotional Needs. We take an innovative and least-restrictive approach as we support service-users to return to the community after frequently spending a lengthy amount of time in other inpatient settings. Our service-users typically complete a 12-month programme involving both DBT and a wider therapeutic activity and group programme. As the only NHS inpatient unit of its kind, our service-users come from across the country.</p>
<p>As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, your role will be to work with the Occupational Therapist to support service-users on Springbank Ward to improve in their overall functioning, engaging in a holistic approach with a focus on engagement in meaningful activity.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Occupational Therapy or a therapeutic profession.</p>
<p>We operate a with a flat hierarchy and aim to support all staff to develop and grow within their role. Some of what we can offer you includes:</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To contribute to the development of and provision of occupationally focused interventions under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.</p>
<p>To support each service-user to be involved in a structured programme of meaningful activities both on the ward and in community settings.</p>
<p>Working under the supervision of the qualified Occupational Therapist to help each service-user achieve maximum independence and quality of life.</p>
<p>Take the lead in supporting the ward to offer a varied ward programme to suit the needs of the clients during their admission.</p>
<p>To work as an integrated member of the multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>The role will involve working flexibly to the needs of the service and evening and weekend working will be expected.</p>
