  <p>Mind Matters Surrey NHS are an innovative IAPT (Talking Therapy) service looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist where blended in person and remote working will help you to thrive in our team.</p>
<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>
<p>You'll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership.   <p>The successful applicant will be joining the service during an exciting period of service development and transformation. They will receive clinical supervision from a senior Psychologist (with BABCP Accreditation if required) and will work closely with AEDS psychological therapies team.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for providing or contributing to the clinical supervision of Trainee Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists; this is, with support and, where applicable, training to assist in the development of these supervision skills.</p> <p>The post holder will be expected to carry out comprehensive assessments and formulations and plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of their psychological interventions (individual and group).   <p><strong>Bromley Y</strong> seeks highly motivated and
enthusiastic mental health practitioners to work and train within our service. This
is an exciting opportunity for a
Trainee (CBT) to join our team as part of the NHS England (NHSE) funded
Children and Young People (CYP) Psychological Training Programmes. </p><p>We are
looking for applicants who are knowledgeable and passionate about Bromley. The training post will equip the post-holder to provide evidenced
based interventions for children, young people or families (parents/carers)
using CBT. The post holder will work
with people from various cultural backgrounds, ages and ability, using
interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equity, diversity and

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The CYP
Psychological Therapies training programme is a government-funded initiative
aiming to grow the child mental health workforce to meet much needed demand. To
help reach this goal, NHSE covers salary and training costs for a 1-year post,
allowing services to employ trainees to help implement new &amp; expand
existing specialist pathways to bridge the gaps in CYP mental health support. This is a unique opportunity to apply your
learning from weekly teaching into practical clinical interventions, working
with clients in the service making a direct impact in the lives of children,
young people and their families (parents/carers). You will need to balance a
demanding course with self-study and clinical work.</p><p>This full-time training will
begin in January 2026 with around 2.5 days a week for academic work (teaching and
personal study) and 2.5 days based at the service seeing clients related to
training assignments. Trainees will be both an employee of the service and an
enrolled student with Kings College London. Upon completion qualified trainees
will receive a KCL Postgraduate Diploma in Children &amp; Young Peoples Mental

  <p>Mind Matters Surrey NHS are a NHS Talking Therapies service looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist for a fixed term maternity cover.</p>
<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>
<p>You'll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions</li>  <li>Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Treatment as necessary, conveying CBT and other psychological formulations with sensitivity in easily understood language.</li>  <li>Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.</li>  <li>Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate.</li>  <li>Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.</li>  <li>Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Assess and integrate issues surrounding work and employment into the overall therapy process</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Carry out clinical audits of service performance, including service user surveys and evaluations, and help to collate and disseminate the results for feedback.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies in the care provided clients.</li> </ul>
