This is a busy, highly effective and respected service offering CBT and short-term brief therapy/counselling support to staff within the organisation. </strong></p> <p><strong>This unique service means employment within the NHS but providing a private contract service to Airbus as an organisation. You will hold and manage your own caseload, providing assessment &amp; treatment for clients. Clinical supervision is provided within the post &amp; CPD actively supported to ensure that accreditation &amp; therapeutic practice remain at a level of excellence &amp; adheres to good practice.</strong></p> <p><strong>You will have a key role &amp; contribute to the smooth running of the support service; ensuring clinical quality is assured and adherence to BACP's code of ethics &amp; practice as well as At Risk Protocols.</strong></p> <p><strong>This is a permanent part time post for 15 hours per week.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Clinical:</strong></p> <p>1. To provide assessment and counselling services to staff using the service.</p> <p>2. To be responsible for the provision of a triage clinic.To make decisions on the suitability of new referrals into the service and to assess risk. Refer unsuitable clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary.</p> <p>3. To formulate and implement plans for counselling and/or brief therapy.</p> <p>4. To organise own caseload, taking professional responsibility and exercising autonomous judgement with regard to professional practice; to agree and manage time-limited interventions in accordance with specific service level agreements/service policies.</p> <p>5. To undertake individual and group de-briefing of staff following a serious incident with relevant Senior Managers.</p> <p>6. To undertake risk screening assessment of relevant clients and make appropriate referrals to specialist services where risk is identified.</p> <p>7. To liaise and communicate with Occupation Health staff and others concerned with the well-being of staff using the service, subject to the agreement of the individual concerned.</p> <p>8.   <p>The post holder will be based at Monnow Vale Health &amp; Social Care Facility, Integrated Service Hub for Central Monmouthshire, workingalongside health &amp; social care colleagues in a well-established community based Integrated Team. The post holder will lead on thedevelopment &amp; delivery of a specialist falls service for Tier 3 Complex Fallers, engaging the wider MDT, and working alongside existingqualified and support staff, and support delivery of a physiotherapy service to Tier 2 Fallers requiring Reablement input.The postholder will additionally manage a general community-based caseload as required</p> <p>The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.</p>

The successful candidate will need a basic knowledge of laboratory services and be able to demonstrate a capacity to learn and develop with a drive to deliver an excellent service for the benefit of the community we serve; committed to ensuring that our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Higher Biomedical Support Worker with Out of Hours

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist to join the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board on a Permanent Part-time basis. There may be scope for additional hours, although this cannot be guaranteed at this time.</p>
<p>The successful candidate would be joining a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary Perinatal Team as well as a thriving and forward thinking psychology specialty which enjoys close links with the South Wales Doctoral Training Programme in Clinical Psychology.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will deliver low intensity psychological interventions, conduct observations, engage service users and assist the qualified Psychologists with assessments and interventions.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will support the work of the qualified psychologists by undertaking audit and evaluation, assisting with teaching, training and service development projects.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be required to travel across the ABUHB area to provide assessments and interventions in service users own homes or in a clinic, and to assist with teaching and training locally and sometimes further afield. Therefore, the ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential. Telephone and on-line support/training will also be a requirement of the post.</p>
<p>The successful applicants will benefit from high levels of support and high quality supervision throughout. There is plentiful opportunity for informal contact with peers and with qualified staff.</p>
<p>We welcome applications from individuals who have previous experience of working as an Assistant Psychologist on an honorary or paid basis, who are motivated and able to use their initiative. We also welcome applications from people with lived experience of psychological distress or use of mental health services. Options for flexible working are available.</p>
