  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role will support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Peterborough, within an early intervention service. The successful applicant will provide psychological assessments and interventions to children, young people and their families, consultation with education establishments, training internally to the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) within the Emotional Health Wellbeing Service (EHWS) and externally to education staff, and staff from the wider professional network.</p>

Are you a passionate and experienced Family Therapist/Systemic Psychotherapist ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families? Ivetsey Bank Hospital, part of the Active Care Group, is a specialist Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) providing intensive and therapeutic support for those experiencing complex mental health challenges.</p>

  <p>We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate clinician to join our well-established multidisciplinary team. In this role, youll provide systemic assessments and family therapy interventions, working collaboratively with young people, families, and professionals to promote positive change and recovery.     <p><strong>What you'll be working:</strong></p> <p>This role is full-time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul>  <li>Undertake specific therapeutic work with patients and their families in response to the clinical need, in a way which coheres with the overall treatment philosophy of the Unit</li>  <li>Maintain effective clinical records and casework notes in accordance with developing policy</li>  <li>Provide evidence-based mental health and systemic psychotherapy services across the hospital</li>  <li>Conduct systemic assessments, treatment and consultation to client systems including children, young people, their families, carers and professional networks</li>  <li>Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) participating in clinical team meetings and other departmental meetings as necessary</li>  <li>Attend team meetings aimed at facilitating and enhancing team cooperation and performance</li>  <li>Provide coaching, training, mentoring and management of junior staff and student placements</li>  <li>Ensure that that all relevant codes of practice and regulations are upheld</li>  <li>Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights</li> </ul> <p>We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
