  <p>Help for Psychology is a friendly, growing team. We carry out multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and provide psychoeducation and therapy for children and young people at our clinic in Norwich. We are a recognised provider of NHS Right to Choose services in Norfolk and Waveney. We have a team of employed and associate clinicians and this role has been developed specifically to support our existing senior clinicians (who also work part time) in managing our team of employed clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees from the UEA. There is also the opportunity to join the senior management team in shaping the future direction of the company. This would be an ideal role for an experienced clinical psychologist who is seeking a more flexible role where there is the opportunity to balance workload and professional development (we are happy to talk about flexible work hours and will even consider a term time only contract). We are committed to providing a truly holistic, multi-disciplinary service to children and young people in the local area, with clinicians from a range of disciplines (psychiatry, paediatrics, occupational and speech and language therapy) and in turn can offer an attractive salary and benefits package, a comfortable and airy work environment and free parking on site.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will provide a flexible mix of clinical work (both assessment and therapy), supervision and management and the opportunity to be part of the wider senior management team shaping and developing the future direction of the company. Many of our cases are complex and we need someone with a good understanding of autism, ADHD and joint presentations, who also brings substantial knowledge of trauma, attachment difficulties, and mental health challenges. From a therapeutic point of view, we currently offer psychoeducation, adapted CBT, EMDR, ACT, Compassion Focused and CAT informed therapy packages, and would be happy to embrace new ideas and support additional training.</p><p>We need strong supervision skills and would support the successful applicant to pursue management training, or coaching, if this was required.</p><p>There would also be the opportunity to support workforce planning and to contribute strategically.</p>

  <p>Help for Psychology started life as a small, independent, family-run practice in 2015. Our website (<a href="http://www.help4psychology.co.uk" target="_blank">www.help4psychology.co.uk</a>) explains our reason for being. Although we have grown significantly in the last few years, the family feel remains. People don't work for us, they work with us.</p><p>We pride ourselves on supporting flexible working practices. We appreciate that dropping children off at school, picking them up in the evening and having the time to attend school concerts etc is important. Our clinical appointment times reflect this.</p><p>We also appreciate that people need a good work-life balance and workloads for our team reflect this. Our assessments are high quality and we always aim to make sure that families feel heard and that they have had enough time to tell their story. We have invested time in developing clinical tools that help clinicians to spend less time on admin and report writing and more time on clinical work.</p><p>We support training and offer CPD opportunities. Due to our Clinical Director's links with Kings College London, there is also the opportunity to be involved in research and data collection. This is a full-time position primarily based within the autism low secure service, with some hours in the LD secure services.</p> <p>The secure service ethos is to help and support people who present considerable risk to others (as well as themselves) to return to a less restrictive environment and/or the community as soon as possible.</p> <p>The contribution of psychological services is highly valued within the teams and service management and is fully integrated within collaborative multi-disciplinary teams. Positive Behavioural Support is a key component of our treatment approach and philosophy and the successful candidate will work closely with others on developing new and existing service projects, develop new and existing group programmes and provide support in training others.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HCPC registered band 5-6 Dietitian to join the West Lancs All Age Eating Disorder Team, based in Ormskirk District General Hospital. This post is offered as an initial 12 months band six preceptorship/development post ideal for the dietitian who wishes to make the move into the specialist area of eating disorders but has limited experience. Robust support will be provided during this time to aid in the development of specialist skills within this area.</p>

Specialist Dietitian

Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist/Psychological Therapist

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Providing a primary care mental health service, to those adults in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). The post-holder will work as a member of a locality team within the (STW) Psychological Therapies Service, providing effective evidence-based therapies.</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service and will provide high intensity interventions using IAPT approved psychotherapeutic modalities. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) as recommended by NICE. The post holder will work with clients who have a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders for which the IAPT modality is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p>
<p>The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions, providing a high intensity service to clients with a range of complex problems. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment.</p>

Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Outpatient Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to apply for a Band 6 CPN/MHP Role within the dynamic and supportive CAMHS Outpatient Team.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a part of CAMHS Outpatients, the team offer assessments / risk management and stabilisation / therapeutic intervention to children and young people who are affected by moderate to severe mental health difficulties and / or Neurodiversity.</p><p>The successful candidate will work within a MDT to consider the most appropriate pathway options for the young people and children.</p><p>The team are dynamic and consistently evolving to be able to offer the best support / assessments and treatment to the young people and children that we serve.</p><p>Join an exciting and truly multi-disciplinary approach to the patient experience, working alongside Psychiatrists, Social workers, Mental health nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Health Care Support Workers and peer support workers all aiming to provide the best experience and quality care.</p><p>We offer flexible working with operating hours between 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday.</p>
