Health, Safety &amp; Wellbeing Manager Support the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing for Area East in the management of HSW for activities, including the implementation of the H&amp;S Management System (HSMS) to ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007 certification and with Works Information. Essential Criteria: <ul><li>BSc or MSc in either Speech &amp; Language / Occupational Therapy with registration as a SaLT / OT with HCPC and RCSLT</li><li>Valid and up to date professional Registration &amp; membership of professional body e.g. BPS</li><li>Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.</li><li>Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities</li><li>Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service</li><li>Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred </li></ul>Why work for us?
