<p>Norfolk Community Health and Care are excited to offer this excellent opportunity as a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist. This rotational position offers experience in a wide variety of settings, which are either community based or ward based. The Trust is passionate about our staff's development and offers a wide range of internal training opportunities to support your development, some very specific to the location where you are based, others to develop your management skills going forward. You will also have an opportunity to attend the rotational development days, which are led by you as a group.</p>
<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our integrated teams with experienced therapists and therapy assistants, who work closely alongside our nursing colleagues. There will be a requirement to travel to clinics and patients within the Community, therefore a valid driving licence and access to transport is essential.</p>
<p>To apply you will need to have a BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC or an undergraduate student nearing course completion. It is also open to those returning to practice.</p>
<p>Flexible working is possible. Weekend and evening working may be required as per the demands of the Service.</p>

  <p></p><p>The Post Graduate Physiotherapist Rotational Scheme offers a broad base of clinical experience. Staff on the Rotation will be expected to work on any of the placements on the scheme.</p>
<p>The duration of the rotations are 6 months and currently covers the following areas: -</p>

<li>Community Rehabilitation - Various locations</li>
<li>Willow Unit - New state-of-the-art centre</li>
<li>Caroline House - Level 1 neurological rehabilitation unit providing specialist care and rehabilitation for patients with complex neurological injuries</li>

<li>Community Neurology</li>
<li>Urgent Community Response Teams</li>
<li>General In-Patient Rehabilitation</li>
</ul>
<p>The rotations are based across various locations in Norfolk which include North Norfolk, South Norfolk and Norwich, for example.</p>

  <p></p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to work in the Hull Children in Care Team.  We are seeking to employ a qualified clinical or counselling psychologist who has experience in the assessment, formulation and therapy of children and young people with histories of trauma. We would encourage clinical/counselling psychologists who are wanting to progress to 8a to apply for the post. The Clinical Psychologist will join a committed LAC Service within Hull CLA CAMHS consisting of dramatherapy, art therapy, social worker and clinical psychologists.</p>
<p>This is an exciting time to be joining the service due to the transformational work with the vision of becoming trauma informed and developing the AMBIT framework work across CAMHS pathways.</p>
<p>Progression from band 7 to band 8a is subject to the post holder being able to evidence that they have met all criteria required for the role. It is expected that in order for the post holder to progress that they would have successfully completed the ISW training, have had experience supervising trainee psychologists and other professionals; have received post qualification training in an area relevant to this role, have led on consultations and are able to work with increasingly complex presentations (as available within the role). If the post holder already has significant band 7 post qualification experience, then the progression time period may be reduced.</p>

This innovative service aims to bridge the gap between inpatient and community care, offering a safe and structured alternative to Tier 4 admission &amp; facilitating earlier discharge from hospital settings.</p> <p>Operating through a MDT working collaboratively to provide holistic, person-centred care, each professional brings their expertise to support physical health monitoring, nutritional rehabilitation, psychosocial interventions &amp; occupational engagement, all tailored to the unique needs of each young person &amp; their family.</p> <ul>  <li><strong>In-reach and Outreach support</strong> to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions &amp; reduce relapse.</li>  <li><strong>Intensive day hospital interventions</strong> focused on recovery, risk management, &amp; re-engagement with daily life.</li>  <li><strong>Meal support and psychoeducation</strong> for young people &amp; their families, promoting sustainable recovery at home.</li>  <li><strong>Multidisciplinary care planning and supervision</strong>, ensuring continuity &amp; quality of care across settings.</li>  <li><strong>Training and consultation</strong> to professionals and carers, enhancing system-wide understanding and support for eating disorders. </li> </ul> <p></p>

  <p></p><p><strong>Are you a newly qualified/soon to qualify Psychological professional looking for a new role in adult mental health? Or someone Psychological professional wanting to develop your systemic therapy skills?</strong></p>
<p>We are recruiting a part-time <strong>Clinical/Counselling Psychologist</strong>or <strong>Psychological Therapist</strong> with training in Systemic Psychotherapy or willingness to train in systemic therapy, to provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe and/or complex mental health problems, their families and carers. This role is <strong>part-time working 30 hours per week.</strong></p>
<p>We also welcome applications from Clinical/Counselling Psychologists, or Psychological Therapists who are due to qualify soon.</p>
<p>Our enthusiastic, skilled and supportive team provides a range of therapies. You would contribute to the work of the team by joining the highly valued family therapy clinic and undertaking group and individual therapy with people seeking formulation-based CBT for developmental trauma and other complex difficulties.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>You should be able to demonstrate your use of evidence-based practice in specialist adult mental health settings, including competence in cognitive-behavioural and third wave approaches and systemic interventions. If not already accredited, you will be willing to work towards accreditation with an accrediting body such as BABCP and/or AFT for which you will be fully supported.</p>
<p>As a member of Specialist Psychological Therapies you will work closely with colleagues in our adult mental health community and in-patient teams. You will also liaise with and support psychological therapists working at earlier steps in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Locality Leads, Team Manager and your team to ensure that the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway achieves its key objectives of delivering integrated, safe, accessible, responsive, effective and caring services to people in Buckinghamshire. You will ensure the service you provide is of a high quality and meets national guidance as well as meeting local and nationally agreed targets.</p>
<p>Please note if you are based outside of the UK you will need to hold HCPC registration in order to be considered for this role. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.</p>
