  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join Bromley West ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing care for people living in the Borough of Bromley.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with complex emotional needs, including histories of trauma, emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of clinical and counselling psychologists, cognitive behavioural therapist, art therapist, assistant psychologist, as well as trainees.</p> <p>The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), psychodynamic psychotherapy, art therapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy).</p> <p>The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the introduction of a Compassion Focussed Therapy Group, and a 'Coping with trauma' group to support individuals awaiting trauma processing therapy.</p>

  <p>Based at the <strong>Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH)</strong> and the <strong>Princess Royal Hospital (PRH)</strong>, you will oversee operations across <strong>eight CT scanners</strong> (including Siemens X.ceed, Siemens Drive, Aquilion One Prism, GE Revolution, and Canon Prime SP). Cardiac CT scanning is currently performed on the Aquilion One Prism and GE Rev systems.</p> <p>In addition to your specialist cardiac role, you will be one of five operational Superintendent Radiographers, responsible for the <strong>day-to-day management of the CT service</strong> and will hold line management duties within the department.</p> <p>As part of this role, you will be trained in the administration of cardiac medications and ECG interpretation, enabling independent scanning of a broad patient cohort.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As an Occupational Therapist in the service, you would be part of a multi professional clinical team and carry a caseload in the A2 (Acute pathway) or ARP (Assertive rehab pathway) . You would support the delivery of specialist assessments and recovery focused and occupation-based interventions in line with Royal College of Occupational Therapy national practice guidance. You would also be involved in the delivery of core interventions, taking on the clinical leadership for that hub and supporting any innovation and ongoing service development. There would also be opportunity to support variety of involvement projects within the service and the Forensic Recovery College too. </p>
