We are currently seeking a University and Career Counsellor to join our team. This position focuses on guiding students through their career planning and university application processes, helping them make informed decisions about their futures. We are looking for demonstrated experience of providing personal CHE guidance and facilitating group work in an educational or organisational setting, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about student development and career guidance.

Position: University and Careers Counsellor
Curriculum: International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP)
Minimum Qualification: Associate Degree
Experience: Providing personal CHE guidance and facilitating group work in an educational or organisational setting

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Interest in career development trends, university admissions processes, and higher education pathways
- Ability to provide personalised advice tailored to individual student needs
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks including workshops, one-on-one counselling sessions, and events
- Proficiency in using digital tools for research on universities and careers
