We are currently seeking a dedicated High School Counselor specializing in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) to join our team. The successful candidate will support the emotional, social, and academic development of our secondary school students through counseling services aligned with the Common Core standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a school counselor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Social Emotional Learning frameworks and best practices
- Experience working within an international school setting preferred
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions effectively
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- Familiarity with adolescent developmental stages and challenges
- Skilled in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques
