The person will build upon our current provision for supporting students within the Secondary phase of DBIS to ensure that all of our Year 11–13 students have an individualised support pathway for their university and careers choices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be appointed Lead Counsellor immediately upon commencement of the post, or within the near future, based on performance.We are looking for an exceptional candidate who loves working with students.
