<p>We're looking for an experienced psychological professional whether you're a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist, or another qualified psychological therapist to join our friendly and supportive team in South Buckinghamshire.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a member of a specialist Psychological Therapies team, you will work closely with colleagues in our CMHT and in-patient teams as well as the newly develop Primary Care Community Mental Health Hubs. You will also liaise with and support psychological therapists working at earlier steps in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Locality Leads, Team Manager and your team to ensure that the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway achieves its key objectives of delivering integrated, safe, accessible, responsive, effective and caring services to people in Buckinghamshire.</p> <p>You will provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe and/or complex mental health problems, their families and carers. You will provide supervision and management support to other psychological therapists and consultation and guidance to our colleagues in the CMHT. You will have excellent communication skills and will participate in multidisciplinary risk assessment, formulation and care planning. You should be able to demonstrate your experience, skills and qualifications in evidence-based approaches in specialist adult mental health settings, this may include for example CBT or third wave approaches / Schema Therapy / EMDR / DBT / MBT / CAT. You will ensure the service you provide is of a high quality and meets national guidance as well as meeting local and nationally agreed targets.</p>

  <p>Are you passionate about making a real impact in healthcare through compassionate, patient-centred care? We're seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to develop the speech and language therapy provision with the adult acute mental health inpatient wards. This new role offers the opportunity to shape patient care, lead on establishing the role of SLT, influence policy, and promote the use of least restrictive practice, supporting people on our wards.</p>
<p>This newly funded positionwill form an integral part of the MDT team, led by the Head of AHPs, working alongside a therapy team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapy, Arts Therapists, Assistant Therapy Practitioners and Psychologists. The post holder will work across the two Assessment and Short term treatment wards, both based at Kingfisher court.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the ward based team you will provide expert clinical guidance, especially for people with highly complex needs and those requiring specialist Speech and Language therapy assessments and interventions. You will be supported by the rest of the MDT, especially by the Occupational Therapists within the ward. The post holder will offer the core Speech and Language therapy assessments and interventions, as well as proving advice for the MDT on SLT treatment plans and outcomes of assessments. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of transforming our in-patient services across the Trust using person centred, recovery based, trauma informed care to provide the least restrictive interventions.</p>
<p>The role offers the opportunity to develop managerial and leadership skills whilst delivering specialist clinical interventions for people admitted to the adult acute mental health wards. The post holder will receive support and training around the development of working with people with mental health needs as required.</p>
<p>The role offers opportunities to access internal and external training to help embed and develop the SLT provision within this team. <p>CAS is a number of Mental Health Support Team (MHST) established following the government Green Paper: Transforming Children &amp; Young People's Mental Health Provision. The service is undergoing expansion and restructuring.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The three core functions of a Mental Health Support Team (MHST) are:</p>

  <p>The pioneering and award-winning Family Safeguarding Service in Hertfordshire is seeking a part time (0.5) Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychological Therapist (fixed term contract of one year to cover maternity leave) who is motivated to help change the lives of some of the most vulnerable families in Hertfordshire.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>You will be supported by an experienced Occupational Therapists and the rest of the team to carry out specific individual work and facilitate a range of activity group interventions.</li>
<li>You will need to be able to work independently with Service Users to support them in developing and expanding their roles and routines. Experience of running groups would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Regular training opportunities will be available to build your skills in these areas and we encourage people to apply for the Occupational Therapy apprenticeship which is run at the university of Hertfordshire.</li>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our acute mental health teams in St Albans/Stevenage. There may also be options to work at our site in Kingfisher Court, Radlett.</p> <p>The postholder will provide occupational therapy expertise within the multi-disciplinary team, including specialist assessment, individual, and group work intervention. They will have a leadership &amp; supervisory role in the OT team. The teams consist of occupational therapists, a physiotherapist, arts therapists, a horticulturalist, psychologists as well as a full MDT.</p> <p>There are regular opportunities to network with other OTs to share ideas and good practice, engage in CPD and funded external courses including Masters or PGDip level study in a variety of specialties such as Sensory Integration, Trauma Informed Care &amp; Reducing Restrictive Practice.</p> <p>Dependent on the successful candidate's experience, this post will either commence as a Band 6 post, or as a Band 5-6 Development post. Robust supervision from the Band 7 and 8 OTs with growth opportunities will support the post-holder to transition successfully from a Band 5 to a Band 6 level using a bespoke training package and competency framework. Ideally individuals will make the transition to Band 6 within six months of starting in post however this will be assessed on an individual basis. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
