<p>We are looking for an exceptional Art, Drama or Music Psychotherapist to join our new specialist acute inpatient service for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.</p>
<p>This role will provide a rare and exciting career opportunity to be instrumental in contributing to the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of Arts Psychotherapy within a highly specialist inpatient setting. You will be expected to have excellent team working and groupwork skills, and an ability to deliver individual and group interventions within an inpatient environment.</p>
<p>In addition to shaping and delivering direct assessment, formulation and intervention, you will contribute to wider service development and pathways, including training, consultation, reflective practice and staff wellbeing.</p>
<p>You will be expected to contribute to service improvement, audit and research as appropriate, working with colleagues and linking with relevant partner organisations such as academic institutions, to help us realise our vision of being a centre of excellence.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment, formulation and intervention within the inpatient service. This will include the delivery of specialist individual, group and systemic intervention, as well as providing consultation, interventions and training for carers and staff.</p> <p>They will be expected to provide supervision to other members of the team as appropriate.</p> <p>They will also contribute to service design, audit and research.   <p>We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner to train in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) with a view to applying for a Band 7 role upon completing their training and accreditation in DBT.</p><p>You would be joining a friendly and supportive team of clinicians across 2 DBT teams who pride ourselves on delivering high quality care and promoting recovery. We are committed to continuing professional development and self-care, and ensuring staff are able to achieve the right work-life balance. All psychological therapists within the service are embedded within clinical teams, contributing to MDT care planning and the delivery of trauma informed care, and offering psychological assessment and evidence-based therapies. Within the service, we offer a range of therapies, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), family interventions, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).</p><p>You would complete postgraduate training in DBT, alongside offering a clinical service to patients under supervision. You will deliver full-package DBT as part of a team, including group work and phone coaching.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will also help deliver DBT-informed interventions such as emotional coping skills groups and other tasks across psychological services in the division. You will attend DBT consult regularly, which will be a further source of learning and support. You will help deliver a Family Connections group for relatives and carers of those experiencing difficulties linked to emotion dysregulation. Alongside your direct clinical work, you will offer consultation, supervision and training to other team members.</p><p>We are seeking applicants with a core professional training in mental health (nursing, occupational therapy or social work or similar such as Clinical Associate Psychologists) and some experience of working with people with a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder. Applicants should have solid experience in mental health and strong interpersonal skills, together with the motivation and aptitude to complete a postgraduate qualification in psychological therapy.</p><p>Flexible working arrangements are possible, including some remote working according to clinical need.</p><p>Informal enquiries and visits welcome.</p><p><strong>On successful completion of High Intensity training course it is not Trust policy to automatically uplift this Band 6 post to Band 7 Therapy posts. We have seven Steps to Recovery units and an Intensive Community Rehabilitation Team located at various sites across the city. Each offer a range of mental health rehabilitation services and are committed to supporting people with complex care needs. The successful candidate will work across 2 sites facilitating art therapy within 3 of our Complex Care units - Endeavour Court, Erdington and Dan Mooney and David Bromley House located on the same site in Knowle, Solihull. This autonomous role will require you to develop the art psychotherapy resource within these units, to liaise with the MDT and support the delivery of effective and responsive psychological care. You will be warmly welcomed into a well established and supportive group of psychological practitioners working across Steps to Recovery and Assertive Outreach Services.</p>

  <p>The successful candidate will, as part of the multi-disciplinary team, inform and develop art psychotherapy referral pathways, facilitate both individual 1:1, and group interventions, as well as provide consultation to other clinical staff. You will be required to clinically supervise band 6 and 7 art psychotherapists working across the trust and will yourself receive clinical supervision from and experienced art psychotherapist. You will have access to training and development opportunities to develop your career within a dynamic team in a busy setting.</p> <p>As an Art Psychotherapist working within the Trust, you will become a member of a large community of Arts Psychotherapists working in various settings including, Secure Care and Offender Health, Early Intervention Services, Complex Treatment Service, Community Art Psychotherapy Service, SOLAR Young People's Service and the Enhanced Team for Personality Disorders. This network of Arts Psychotherapists will ensure you have access to model specific support, mentoring and professional leadership via the Heads of Arts Psychotherapies.</p>

  <p>Our Peer Support Workforce is expanding and we are looking to recruit STR Lived Experience Support Workers to work in Liaison and Diversion Reconnect Resettlement service.</p> <p>Our Lived Experience Support Workers will work across our Court and Reconnect services. A key responsibility isfacilitating community engagement by helping service users connect with community groups and networks, which promotes social inclusion and a positive identity. The role also involves advocating for service users' rights, accompanying them to appointments, welcoming them to a service, signposting advice and promoting autonomy and self-management. Lived Experience Peer Support Worker

  <p>Are you passionate about perinatal mental health? If so, we are currently looking for enthusiastic, forward thinking and self-motivated individual to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, person-centred support to people accessing care under the Perinatal Mental Health Service.</p><p>We are looking to recruit an individual that has lived experience of mental health difficulties within the perinatal period as a Perinatal Peer Support Worker in our Mid and North East Hampshire patch.</p><p>The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Perinatal Community Mental Health Team provides mental health support and services for birthing people and their families during pregnancy and up to 24 months after birth. The team prioritises people with moderate to severe and complex mental health needs. The service also provides consultation for advice, information and signposting for people with a less severe mental illness in the perinatal period to primary care providers including GP's Health visitors and maternity services as well as the birthing people themselves.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Peer Support Workers are people with previous experience of using mental health services who are employed, trained and supported to use these experiences to support others. At the heart of the role is the building of safe, trusting relationships based on the sharing of lived experience. The focus of the peer worker role is on enabling individuals to discover and make use of their strengths, and to build and strengthen connections to their peers and wider communities.</p><p>The successful applicant will be working alongside our other existing Peer Support Workers. The team's current base is Southern House in Otterbourne near Winchester.</p><p>The role is part of an innovative service providing specialist assessment, support and treatment for women/birthing people and their families. The service is an early implementer site in developing a Maternity Mental Health Service and has close links with NHS Talking Therapy services with the aim of ensuring a clear pathway for women/birthing people in terms of their health and wellbeing during the antenatal and postnatal period.</p><p>We offer candidates an excellent local induction to the team including peer to peer induction shadowing and opportunity to learn and expand knowledge around the specialism of Perinatal Mental Health care. In addition the Trust also offers a comprehensive Peer Support training package and opportunity to network within the PSW community in the trust, with a dedicated Peer Support Worker Lead.</p>
