  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will be expected to:</p>   <ul>  <li> <p>To offer assessment and flexible, evidence-based and outcome focused episodes of care and interventions to children, young people and families within the Emotional &amp; Behavioural 1 pathway presenting with moderate to severe mental health needs.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>Within the Triage team, as a senior clinician, assist the team to support our service users in moving smoothly through the referral, treatment and discharge processes within the Tower Hamlets CAMHS service and to and from other services in their designated Borough.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>To assist in leading and building on service developments such as reducing wait times, triage and signposting and developing the therapeutic offer.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>To provide line management and clinical supervision.</p> </li> </ul>

  <p>We have permanent position available for a current or aspiring Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust</p> <p>The post holder will gain experience working across all of our neonatal and paediatric physiotherapy services.</p> <p>Full training and support will be provided by the Children Physiotherapy Team, with lots of opportunities to experience the world of neonates and paediatrics.</p> <p>This post is funded for 37.5 hours however part time and flexible working requests will be considered.</p> <p>The Children's Physiotherapy Team and Neonatal Therapy Team are small teams, who take pride in the quality of their work, have regular meeting and training opportunities. The post holder will be required to work hard, be able to be change their roles on an hour by hour basis depending on the needs across the whole service (inpatients, outpatients and neonatal across hard working yet adaptable and provide high quality care for their inpatient and outpatient caseloads.   <p>To provide a specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills to support the following areas using a biopsychosocial approach:</p> <p>Inpatient care including respiratory, developmental reviews, post-operative orthopaedic and rehabilitation on our medical ward, day unit, level 3 NICU, SCBU and postnatal wards.</p> <p>Lead a caseload in paediatric musculoskeletal outpatients which are held at St Peter's Hospital and Woking Leisure Centre.</p> <p>Lead hydrotherapy, rehab clinics, gym classes and appointments on the gym floor at Woking Leisure Centre and Egham Orbit using the state of the art facilities.</p> <p>Be an active member of specialist orthopaedic, cystic fibrosis, Baileys IV, developmental and rheumatology clinics, some with tertiary centre specialist consultants</p> <p>Support with physiotherapy led orthopaedic services for Ponseti and serial casting clinics</p>

  <p>This is a community-based post, located within the Neurodevelopmental Team in Tower Hamlets CAMHS offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care, assessments and treatments to a wide variety of clinical presentations. </p> <p>The post holder will provide evidence based episodes of care, assessments and treatment to young people with moderate to severe Learning Disability. The post holder will bring their clinical knowledge and skills to this team. NDT provide a broad range of evidence-based interventions including an established group programme (supporting behaviour, sleep, and a neuroaffirmative group for YP who have received recent diagnosis of ASC), Positive Behaviour Support, ASC assessment clinic (where necessary, appropriate training will be provided to ensure staff are equipped to complete ASC assessments effectively) consultation to CAMHS colleagues and schools, and direct work with children and their families, which the post holder will contribute towards. The post holder will join committed and enthusiastic colleagues and will contribute to the next phase of development for the team.</p>

  <p>The post holder will undertake duties involved in the provision of the clinical trials service within the pharmacy department, operating within procedures and current legislation governing the management of clinical trials and pharmaceuticalsAll Clinical trials must be carried out in accordance with current UK Clinical Trial Regulations, the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) regulation 2004 (EU Clinical Trial Directive) and all updates, together with ICH GCP guidelines and departmental procedures and ensure provision of a high-quality service to patients and staff at the Royal Marsden.       <p><strong>F<strong>or f</strong>urther information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification</strong></p> <ul>  <li>Co-ordinate and maintain the Clinical Trials service in accordance with current UK Clinical Trial Regulations, the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) regulation 2004 (EU Clinical Trial Directive) and all updates, together with ICH GCP guidelines and departmental procedures and ensure provision of a high-quality service to patients and staff at the Royal Marsden.</li>  <li>Setting up new clinical trials at RM, attending set-up meetings and working closely with Clinical Research Associates and Research Nurses.</li>  <li>Be responsible for preparing and updating clear and concise pharmacy guides and assist with nurses preparation guidelines for clinical trials.</li>  <li>Be responsible for ensuring that all pharmacy procedures are in place in time for recruitment of the first patient to a new clinical trial.</li>  <li>Ensure storage condition records and accurate expiry records for clinical trials are kept up to date and archived for future reference.Be responsible for accurate record keeping and drug accountability of clinical trials.</li> </ul>
