This includes working collaboratively with colleagues to create, initiate and test treatment plans. </li><li>The post holder will be responsible for collaboratively working on and transforming rehabilitation services to meet the needs of High View and its Clients. </li><li>They will provide support within the Psychology team, working with the Therapy Team Leads to support the initiatives of the organisation, driving a culture of safety, clinical effectiveness and continued improvement for the Client experience. </li><li>The post holder is expected to ensure all the activities undertaken within the Psychology services are subject to robust governance arrangements. </li><li>The role is jointly responsible for the development for the therapy staff, working in partnership with the Therapy Team Leads. </li></ul>Essential Requirements:<ul><li>Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Consultation psychologist qualification. The Occupational Psychologist will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a senior leadership competency framework within the London Fire Brigade.
