  <p>An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a highly clinically skilled, experienced, motivated and compassionate Psychologist/ Psychotherapist to work in a split role between ADAPT-East in Bromley and the specialist Woman's Service which is also based in the same building in Orpington. </p> <p>ADAPT-E is one of the Bromley community mental health teams.</p> <p>WS is a specialist evening psychotherapy service for women, survivors of non recent child sexual abuse. The service operates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and as it is primarily an evening service, the post holder will be expected to work evenings for the Woman's Service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.</p> <p>The post holder will join an established and integrated psychological therapies team within ADAPT-E. In the WS the post holder will join a well established team of psychoanalytic, psychodynamic and art psychotherapists offering specialist psychotherapy for women survivors of child sexual abuse.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post presents an exciting opportunity to develop highly specialist, supervisory and leadership skills within secondary care adult mental health.</p> <p>ADAPTE has been developing new ways of working with people presenting with interpersonal issues and complex trauma including a structured clinical management, compassion based and trauma stabilisation group programs. These run alongside established provisions including dual modality MBT, EMDR, CAT, 3rd wave CBT, psychodynamic, systemic and integrative approaches. Personal modality preferences will be encouraged and respected, specialisms in one or more of the above would be highly desirable.</p> <p>The post holder will be involved with assessment, formulation and interventions to the ADAPT population. Supervision of doctoral trainees or junior members of the therapy team will also be expected as appropriate. Leadership support will be encouraged with the Locality Lead in terms of service development and development of the MDT more widely.</p> <p>For WS, the post holder will be expected to provide highly specialised clinical interventions and supervision and contribute to the specialist expertise within a psychodynamic framework for survivors of child sexual abuse. The post holder will offer consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues in team meetings and supervision, and work autonomously within professional guidelines and within the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures.</p>

Autism Peer Support Worker

<p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Volunteer Counsellor to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.</p>
<p>Counselling is delivered by experienced qualified contracted counsellors, and our team is supported by qualified volunteer counsellors who wish to give back to the community, require a stepping stone to a paid counselling role or are independently working toward increasing their client contact hours or are working toward their accreditation.</p>
<p>To meet the standard criteria you will:</p>

<li>Ba a graduate or at post graduate level in counselling or have completed a level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Therapeutic Counselling</li>
<li>Be a Registered Member or an Accredited Member of the BACP membership or equivalent with a professional standards authority (e.g. UKCP, HPC)</li>
<li>Have two years minimum duration of personal counselling or psychotherapy.</li>

Through our professional development programme, we are training around 1,200 Counsellors on Placement each year who build their mental health and counselling skills and experience through practice in our partner schools. We also provide a range of professional development programmes on mental health and wellbeing for school leaders, teachers and other professionals who work with children and young people, so we can help to build ‘mentally healthy’ schools and communities where all children can thrive and flourish.</p>

<p>Are you an experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist looking for a&nbsp;part time opportunity&nbsp;where you will be part of a supportive and experienced team working 22.5 hours per week providing Tier 4 inpatient services to young people with eating disorders?&nbsp;</p>
<p>Join Brighton and Hove Clinic, which is a&nbsp;a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years, and you will be providing evidence-based and focused treatment programmes designed for the individual needs of each young person.</p>

You will be registered on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a license to practice with experience of CAMHS Eating Disorders and leading multidisciplinary teams.

    <li>Manage a case load as RC of the ward</li>
    <li>Participate in the assessment and management of children and young people referred to the Service</li>
    <li>Assess physical health and document finding within Care notes and weekly ICR meetings<br>
    </li>
    <li>Ensure completion of professional reports as per timeline such as ICRs/CPA/Tribunals</li>
    <li>Act as Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act</li>
    <li>Attend CETRs when needed</li>
    <li>Provide leadership, supervision, reflection, and risk management to the key workers on the team</li>
    <li>Participation in the CAMHS Consultant on-call rota</li>
    <li>Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists</li>
    <li>Uphold the principles of Clinical Governance and adhere to the organisation’s clinical governance requirements</li>
    <li>Take part in an Annual Appraisal Programme, with the development of Personal Development Plans, focused on Continuing Professional Development</li>
    <li>Adhere to all the organisations policies and procedures</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you'll need:</strong></p>

    <li>Registered on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a licence to practice</li>
    <li>Experience of CAMHS eating disorders desirable</li>
    <li>Medically qualified with MRCPsych or equivalent&nbsp;</li>
