  <p>In partnership with Derby University, 4 successful candidates will be offered a full-time educational programme, funded at NHS Agenda for Change (AfC) Band 4 level, gaining credits towards a Post-Graduate Diploma qualification, plus employment on successful completion of training, with a starting salary projected to be on the NHS Band 5 scale. These posts will cover the Seisdon area and be based within Seisdon.</p>  <p>All applicants must demonstrate in their application the ability to work at degree level or have an equivalent level of relevant experience, with a proven record of previous learning or formal study in child development, wellbeing or mental health. <p>Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly recognise the importance of Mental Health Services for our community. It is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow and develop to deliver a high-quality psychological therapy service which is forward thinking and innovative. Supporting and developing our therapists is very important to us and we provide comprehensive and regular CPD and training opportunities.</p>
<p>Post holders will work in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies Service and provide high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to service users who have a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems. The role will include providing specialist CBT assessment and therapy, offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues, work to NICE recommendations and within British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) professional guidelines.</p>
<p>Post holders will have a Post Graduate Masters level qualification (or be newly qualifying) in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or equivalent, significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competencies required, BABCP accreditation or eligibility for BABCP accreditation.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychological Therapist or Counsellor to join NHS Somerset Talking Therapies Service for Depression and Anxiety, working within either our South Somerset Team (Yeovil/Chard) or our Taunton Team.</p><p>NHS Somerset Talking Therapies is a high-performing service with one of the best recovery rates in the country. We have excellent links with the voluntary sector and secondary care through the Open Mental Health Somerset initiative. As part of our multi-professional workforce in primary care, you will support adults experiencing depression, anxiety and long-term health conditions, offering therapy both face-to-face and via video link. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HCPC registered band 5-6 Dietitian to join the West Lancs All Age Eating Disorder Team, based in Ormskirk District General Hospital. This post is offered as an initial 12 months band six preceptorship/development post ideal for the dietitian who wishes to make the move into the specialist area of eating disorders but has limited experience. Robust support will be provided during this time to aid in the development of specialist skills within this area.</p>
<p>Our vision is to be a service that provides non-judgmental timely support for eating disorders for all ages.</p>
<p>We are looking for a professional who will provide a high quality, evidence based up to date nutrition and dietetic service to community services, with the focus on providing dietetic support to young people and adults with eating disorders.</p>
<p>The post holder will work within the multi-disciplinary team setting to deliver a specialised dietetic service to the Central team. The MDT includes clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, specialist practitioners, CBT therapists, family therapists, and admin. The post holder will also be part of a wider eating disorder dietetic team within the service that offers additional clinical supervision and support.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>To maintain a high standard at all times and undertake a full and comprehensive dietetic assessment of patients with highly complex presentations using advanced clinical reasoning skills and dietetic assessment techniques.</li>
<li>To assess the individual physical, psychological and emotional needs of the patient and work in conjunction with other professionals to deliver appropriate care.</li>
<li>To be competent in a range of service relevant clinical dietetic procedures.</li>
<li>Request and interpret appropriate investigations as necessary to monitor and manage patients with clinical condition. </li>
<li>To provide advanced specialist dietetic treatment including assessing and reviewing medication, in accordance with legislation and treatment guidelines, where appropriate.</li>
<li>To anticipate care needs and develop individual lifestyle management plans ensuring that patient values, beliefs and views are reflected in their management plan.</li>
<li>Be proactive in the rigorous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of agreed care management plans</li>
<li>To contribute specialist knowledge to the Multi-Disciplinary Team</li>
