<h2>Job overview</h2>Alleyn's School, based in Dulwich, South London, are seeking a Counsellor to work as part of our pastoral team to provide one‑to‑one counselling to pupils across the both the Senior School and Junior Schools from January 2026. Responsibilities Clinical and Therapeutic Practice •	Provide confidential individual and group counselling to students addressing emotional, behavioural, or academic concerns. •	Deliver crisis intervention, including immediate emotional support in emergencies or trauma. •	Conduct assessments to identify student needs and make referrals to internal or external support services. •	Design and deliver psychological interventions based on trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and evidence-based practice. •	Work with pupils who may have complex or enduring mental health difficulties.
